“Airport Auto was very easy to work with… booking was very simple and they were very flexible with my schedule. They also have a shuttle service. The staff were courteous and respectful. I would give them 5 stars except that they told me my vehicle would be ready on Friday, and it wasn’t ready until Monday. I felt rushed reviewing the list of approvals for service because they called at the very end of the day on Friday. But ultimately, I felt the work was fair market price. When I picked up my car it was running better than when I bought it!”

“These gentlemen saved my honeymoon as we caught a puncture driving late night in the mountains on the way to Shenandoah NP. They got me in first thing, repaired, cleaned, plugged, and permanently patched my tire in under and hour and for about $50. I was back on the road and back to our vacation before my wife even got out of bed for the day. “Bought a wood chipper from the city of Norfolk where the city manager Larry Keefe was clearly dishonest in his description of the tires on the unit. I asked repeatedly since we were travelimg over 1300 miles. First night we made it to Charlottesville and when I was checking things over before travel I realized tires were dry rotted. Heard great things about Hardings so popped over and they had my tires replaced and we were back on the road in 15 minutes. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!! BTW not ony were the tires dry rotted one was the wrong size and dragging on the fender. Hardings fixed it and we are now on Interstate 64 heading home.”

“I know that auto repair places aren’t going to have the best ratings in general but I’ve been here several times and appointments have been great, walk ins have been great, they’re charging less than the dealership and they’re doing just as good of a job. If you don’t want your car taken apart so they can look at the air filter, cabin air filter, this that and the other, just tell them that. Easy to work with and they’ve always been straight forward with me.”

“We were traveling from Cleveland, OH to Georgia, with a planned 2 day visit in Charlottesville. About an hour outside of Cville, our Check Engine light came on, which, needless to say, caused a lot of anxiety for us! The next morning, I gave Earlysville Auto Repair a call and asked if they could take a look at our car and they told me to bring it in and they’d work it in. The mechanic (maybe Robert?) called us in the early afternoon and informed us of the diagnosis and that he had fixed it and could be on our way. I was charged a nominal fee, which I was happy to pay because the relief he delivered was priceless! If I ever need a mechanic in Charlottesville again, Earlysville Auto is who I’ll call!”
