“I am not a costumer as I had a situation with my mother-in-law insurance check being the check was issued through this bank. Vivian Montalvo nicely and respectfully handled this for us in a timely manner. She said we will figure this out in no time she had it complete as my bank as over 35 years of banking with them and I never had a problem before act like I was a problem and never once step up to help. She sent me elsewhere. Also, this was a different bank manager that's been there a few years with no personality. Thank You Vivian for caring about helping your customers.”
