“Shentel has always been very responsive to my needs. From billing, to Internet service issues. Shentel is normally very stable, however if I do have an issue they are very efficient and effective.”

“Mary Shields was probably one of the most polite, professional, and efficient customer service agents I've ever spoke with.. Id recommend her to anyone needing help with anything on their account. She was phenomenal!”

“Walked in told them my problem. Was instantly taken care of. No questions asked. I enjoyed it. I tried to do this in Roanoke in Towers Mall. I was treated like I was the person who hacked my account. Finally found someone who didn't give me the run around on who I was. They just took care of me period. I'm sure that there are more stores that are willing to help their customers. I'd stay away from the Towers Mall one unless you are interested in giving them your first born just to get help.”
