I visit the Elkton Verizon store during my vacation. The customer service was beyond amazing. I also witnessed Jerry one of the sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with each and every customer that entered the store I would give this store a 10 star if I could, I would definitely be revisiting on my return
