GO TO A DIFFERENT VERIZON STORE!!! Started a new account in November and my iPhone 16 pro wouldn’t sync my iCloud backup or even create new contacts for me to know who I was texting/calling. I had nothing from my old phone and no way of saving anything new. The guy who sold me the phone refused to help me the day I got it even though it was acting so bizarre and forced me to wait 2 days because they were closed the next day for thanksgiving, so I had to come in and fight the Black Friday crowd just to have my phone fixed. While I was in there I heard the guy say that with the way it was acting that the phone was possibly bad internally, but they still kept on with it until they made it work. Less than 2 months later I’ve had to go to another store because the phone isn’t working properly at all. I had no choice but to call the 611 number and have tech support diagnose and send me a new phone because they did indeed sell me a bad phone and band-aided it to last through the return period so I would be stuck with it and they could save an extra phone in their inventory for Black Friday. The other store’s employee I took it to could tell immediately after my experience and his attempt to fix it that the phone was bad. If I hadn’t been as persistent with the people on the phone as I had been the guy who sold me the phone in Elkton almost caused me to have to go through apple and make a trip all the way to Fair Oaks mall to get a replacement phone because he wouldn’t do his job the first time around and replace the phone when I came back in on Black Friday to fix the same issue I had 2 days prior, he was more worried about getting rid of me to make more sales for the day. He also didn’t want to help me himself and was forcing the guy who was willing to help me to help 2 people at once, had him on the phone with 2 different Verizon representatives at the same time for 2 different customers.

pretty disappointed, bought my phone in August of 2023. the screen randomly stopped working recently which was disappointing. i went into this store, and was told there was nothing they could do and my warranty had expired a week prior. They also tried to say there was water damage on my phone when there clearly wasn’t. they gave absolutely no help. i messaged apple and turns out i was lied to, and my warranty didnt expire until this august. Best buy fixed my phone for free & confirmed there was no water damage. i really don’t appreciate these boys that work here trying to take advantage of people and lying.

I had a problem with my phone, the guy not even trying to fix it. He just wants me to get a new phone for commissions. I went to the Harrisonburg store all I need was a new SIM card, there’s nothing wrong with my phone. It was my 1st time there and I will never go back there.

Just know, this might be an authorized dealer but they are not an actual verizon store and they will add additional, unnecessary fees as a result. I was appalled to learn that my elderly, disabled mother was paying a long list of additional fees monthly for her cell phone service. When we reviewed her bill at an actual Verizon store, they were able to reduce her monthly bill by almost $60 a month explained to her that many of these ‘authorized retailers’ will add fees instead of opt for less expensive bundle packages because that’s how they make their money. I understand everyone needs to make money, but taking advantage of folks who don’t know better is not okay.

I called 2x during business hours and no one answered. I left a message and have yet to receive a call back. I will go to a different location to conduct business. It's a shame I have to travel half an hour to go to a different location since I'm in Elkton.

My Son went into the Verizon Store here in Elkton to Check on his phone. He got there at 5:20 and the guy working there wouldn’t offer to help him he told my Son he had to get out of there even though the Sign said they close at 6 p.m.! The owners of this Store needs to hire more competent people, this guy is really taking advantage of them!!

The guys that work there are great and got us set up with new phones, better plans, and a cheaper bill. We were in and out all under an hour, with no problems with our data transfers from the old phone. Will definitely use this store for all my Verizon needs.
