“I can not say enough about this location and its staff. My family and I were traveling and still had 8 hours to home when the alternator went in the middle of the night. I waited till morning to call numerous auto part stores and couldn't get the alternator until 8 at night. I found one that said 3pm but it would have been a long UBER ride to get it in another state. Last resort I tried Advance Auto which on internet said it was close by. The female that answered the phone was so polite and was willing to try anything to get me the part and help us. She said she could get the part for 11:30am. She even called and met us with a jumpbox so we could get the vehicle started to follow her to the store. This was my choice to drive it since I had another battery along as a spare. Once at the store all staff were very friendly and asking if we needed any help. While my son and I put the new alternator in, the staff offered to charge and test the batteries we had. Once we finished the repair they made sure we were ok to drive home and offered to let us use bathroom to clean up. Great People Great Store.”
