“I feel awful just writing this review for a business that was one of the biggest blessings in me and my family's life! Last year while traveling from Maryland to North Carolina for my son's JROTC closing ceremony, it was a winter storm and visibility became difficult. I hit a rock and blew out both of my passenger side tires in Virginia, one exit from Main Street Auto & Tire. While sitting on the highway shoulder for an hour waiting for help, I called multiple businesses who didn't have my tire size then I called Main Street. Mrs. Denise answered the phone, I told her I was on the side of the road and I was calling about tires. Her professionalism and empathy immediately made me feel relief. When I arrived via tow truck with my vehicle, Mrs. Denise came out and checked my vehicle. She told me everything that I needed. They were able to get my tires in and me back on the road the next day and within a great price. Every person that I encountered there was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this business!”

“We started going here for our inspections years ago because they do not try to make stuff up in order to guzzle money from you. Years ago my wife and I took our vehicle to another place to have it checked it out and we watched how no one there oil change, inspection, tire repair, left without something further wrong with their vehicles it's 3-4 customers with a problem. They worked you up in the most dishonest way but Dupree's isn't like that this far I have found them honest and respectful. If I can I normally do my own work but if I cannot fix an issue I might be paying them a visit,”
“If I could give a 10 star I would. Forgot to bring a spare trailer tire for my trailer and ended up having a blow out.These guys were the only ones who were open on Saturday and answered my phone call. I limped my trailer 10 Miles to them hoping they could get me back on the road. They tried multiple rims and tires that did not fit and ended up giving me their own trailer rim and tire and got me back on the road for my trip back up to Boston. Can’t thanks these guys enough. Talk about taking a shirt off your back to help someone.”

“I recently traveled from Wisconsin to Boyd Chevrolet GMC to purchase a pristine 2015 Corvette. I had a very enjoyable experience doing business with Tim Prince and Paul Whitlock during the purchase process --- they are very genuine people! The car had two issues that became apparent after the sale --- one during the drive back to WI, and one within the following week; Tim saw to it that I was quickly reimbursed for the costs to fix the both issues. I had such a good overall experience that I may travel to Boyd Chevrolet GMC to purchase my next vehicle, as well.”

“Purchased a 2021 Silverado from Boyd's Chevrolet of Emporia, Va and the level of customer service from start to finish was hands down the easiest and most professional experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. Our sales rep, Barry Ferguson, was top notch and made sure we were well informed through every step of the process. We were given a very fair allowance for our trade and a great price on our new truck. From arriving at the dealership, test driving to signing papers and being on our way, we had a total of 2 1/2 hours at the dealership! Boyd's customer service is above and beyond what we expected! “I had a great experience here getting a tire replaced due to a flat on I 95. They didn’t have the exact size tire in stock but no one in Emporia did because I called around quite a bit. They were able to find a used one close enough in size to get me home until I could get it replaced with the accurate size. Great friendly service and I was in and out in like 30 minutes. $50.”
