Although the situation wasn't initially resolved at that store, the District Manager Richard reached out to me personally, apologized for my experience, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was taken care of. He arranged for me to receive a full refund at a sister store, this location, where the manager was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy.

I really appreciate Richard's professionalism and commitment to customer service. Issues can happen with any product, but what matters is how a company responds. “Exotica Auto Enhancements did a fantastic job with my Dodge Challenger. They removed and replaced the vinyl wrap covering my spoiler. They also removed and replaced the taillight filler decal. Both turned out great and really enhance my car! Not only that, they added a ceramic coat to the vinyl on the spoiler to keep the vinyl protected for a longer period of time for free! “After an embarrassing encounter with a concrete wall in a parking garage, I found myself traipsing around Chantilly, gathering quotes to fix my blunder, out-of-pocket. The first two quotes I received were $1800 and $3900 (what?! why?! how, Carstar?!!!). Feeling confused and defeated, I decided to pull into Sam Auto Body… the reviews were fabulous, after all. Immediately, Mo at the front desk put me at ease, did a quick quote ($1300), answered all my questions about why the quotes were so incredibly different between the three shops for the same work, and was just generally incredibly patient with this middle-aged spaz. He got my car in the very next afternoon and I had it back not even a full two days later! She looks gorgeous and when I went to pick her up, she had been completely washed and shined! I highly recommend this shop! Mo made it a wonderful, much less stressful experience. I’ve already told my MIL we’re taking her van there, because, well, my husband has always said his mother and I are too much alike and, behold, she made the same exact parking garage blunder! Go, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I had my car repaired through my insurance, and the insurance company recommended this shop. Zack was handling my repair.

The first time, they completed the work on time. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed that one part was missing. Zack told me they would order the part and install it within three days, but I never received a call.

Later, I also realized that some of the repair work had not been done properly. When I returned to the shop, Zack acknowledged the issue and said they would fix it at no additional cost because it was their mistake.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. I have had to follow up multiple times, and they never call with updates. Instead, I have to keep visiting the shop in person. It’s now been almost two months since the original repair. Every time I go, I’m told, “We’ll complete it next week,” but I still haven’t received a call or had the remaining issues fixed.

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. While they finished the initial repair on time, the poor communication, repeated delays, and failure to complete the job properly have made the entire process very frustrating.

Updating my previous review: Manager Johnny reached out to help me and resolved my issue as quickly as possible. He understood the problem and fixed it the same day. I really appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. Because of the way he handled everything, I’m happy to update my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you, Johnny!”

“Third time using Springfield Auto Body. I use them for all my auto body work as they never disappoint! This time, they fixed some scrapes on my rear bumper cover. Matched the paint perfectly, and the repair looks great! However, what impresses the most are the extras they do at no additional charge. I had an aftermarket rubber strip installed on the top of the bumper cover to prevent scratches when pulling things out of the back of my 2015 Prius. I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster, so I'm constantly packing and unpacking camping gear in the back of my hatchback. They removed and remounted the rubber strip on the new cover without having to be asked. They also washed the car and cleaned the interior! Super customer service. Fair pricing! Highly recommend these guys for all your auto body service needs!!”

They coordinated with the insurance company and Enterprise Rental Car so that the experience was totally stress free.
