My Jeep was involved in a hit and run and the rear end was crushed and I also had a flat tire. My insurance gave me options of which collision place to take my vehicle and I chose Caliber Collision. They were very attentive to every question I had, and would consult with me and keep me on the loop about the progress with my vehicle. I was able to get my car back within 2.5 weeks and it looks brand new like it’s never been in an accident. “We where pleasantly surprised to find this place after a neighbor recommended it. My daughters older car was having some issues we had a feeling it was the hybrid battery. We brought it in and they took a good hour looking over it and scanning it for errors. It was indeed the battery but anther code was alerted and they where able to fix that first. Where where able to get a few more weeks before needed to replace the battery. They went above and beyond to help us and explain everything. Even though they knew we would have the battery replaced elsewhere. Definitely our new go to for car care.”

Mr. Kim buffed out a small area next to the left side of the bumper at no charge.
