The routines are different every day, and they have different programs depending on your goals.
I also like how spacious and how clean the gym is, the organization of the equipment and how it was constantly reorganized and when you opened the gym doors to let in the sunlight. :)

“I’m surprised how much I like such a simple gym. Easy to register for a day pass. Easy to scan the barcode to enter. Didn’t need to talk to anyone and I could immediately start working out. Had all the essentials, new treadmill, new bike squat, racks that weren’t occupied and a nice big stretching area with a foam roller. It’s crazy but not all gyms have those things anymore.
Only things that could be better for me would be built in locks on the lockers because I didn’t have a lock. And towel service. But for the price, I’m very happy and will definitely be returning.”

The staff and coaches make you feel so welcome, supported, and are geniunely invested in your success from day one - whatever that looks like to you! The members are also so friendly, it is like our own little family that I feel beyond grateful to be part of. The Fairfax studio team makes our challenges like Marathon Month, Dri Tri, and Hell Week so much fun and like we always have something to look forward to and work towards. The coaches somehow find a way to make benchmark days feel like a party and we all celebrate PR's together and cheer eachother on. I wanted to call out Jayme here - she finds unique ways to keep us motivated and I absolutely love her classes. “I’ve been an Orangetheory member since 2018 and have tried several home studios over the years—but Dunn Loring is hands-down my favorite! The coaches are all incredible in their own unique way: some check in with you after class even if you're not new, others sprint up and down the gym to cheer you on during your treadmill block, some could easily be motivational speakers, and a few will have you laughing your way through the workout. No matter who’s coaching, you always feel encouraged and challenged.
The front desk staff is just as amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. The whole team creates a great community. I highly recommend giving OTF Dunn Loring a try!”
