“I recently visited Norm's Beer and Wine in Vienna, and I was thoroughly impressed. They have an exceptional selection of both beer and wine – truly a paradise for anyone who enjoys quality drinks. What really stood out to me was their availability of hard-to-find and limited-release beers – something you rarely see even at specialty stores.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They were more than happy to offer recommendations without any pressure, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Norm’s is a hidden gem that every beer and wine lover in Northern Virginia should check out.

“I go to this store a few times a year (when I am I. The area) and I am always greeted and welcomed to the store with a smile. Helpful staff and some good deals to be had throughout the entire store. This store us great for a quick trip or if you need to grab a few things for a party or your personal bar. This store is also located in a great area.”

Though I do recommend coming for the wine selection, which is expertly curated, they do have a sundry of charcuterie items, a well stocked cheese case and they partner with a local sausage company.

“If you ever find yourself wandering into ABC Liquor Store, pray you get Sandra and Samuel on shift. These two are like the dynamic duo of generosity. Not only do they know every drink under the sun, but they also have a PhD in “Randomly Giving Free Liquor.”
I swear, I walked in for one bottle of wine and left feeling like I’d just won a mini jackpot. Sandra gave me a wink and a free sample, Samuel tossed in a tiny bonus because he said, “Why not?” At this point, I’m half expecting them to start a side hustle called “Liquor for Laughs”.
If you want excellent service, a few laughs, and maybe even a free drink or two, ABC Liquor with Sandra and Samuel is your new favorite happy place. Just don’t be surprised if you leave thinking, “Did I just make new best friends at a liquor store?””

One of the managers there is probably the most knowledgeable guy I've met when it comes to understanding what you're looking for.Quick convenient location, great staff of people, and a good quality of selection. If you're local to Oakton and Vienna area, this ABC store is definitely worth a visit. Four stars for good selection, helpful staff, and a well-maintained store!”

“This is my 2nd time here. The first time, was 2 years ago, I needed a couple of travel size bottles for the White Elephant gift. A lady showed me where they were. This time, I needed to get some Carolan Irish Cream for brownies. The lady there showed me where they were. I'm so happy they gave them in different sizes... 750ml $15.99 and 1 liter $19.99. The 750ml was in sale for $13.99, $2 off!! It was a little cheaper than the 1 liter bottle, so I bought 2 750ml. Will post brownies pictures later. ? The Irish cream brownies recipe is... 1 part water = 1.5 to 2 parts Carolan Irish cream. 2 parts will make the brownies very moist. You will be about to smell and taste the Irish cream if you use Carolan. Don't waste your money using Bailey's. I have already done that, and couldn't smell it taste the Irish Cream. I was told never use expensive liquor for cooking or baking. I used Tennessee Legend cream liquor before and it has a sweeter liquor taste, and make great brownies, too. I got them in TN near Gatlinburg, and we're $24.99 a bottle. If you are in the area, definitely pick some up there. They make great brownies like Carolan, with a different flavor.”

“Went to buy makings for Manhattans. Had bitters. Found several brands & sizes of sweet vermouth. Found a plethora of whiskeys. Bought Wild Turkey 101 proof in 1.75 litre bottle on sale $3 off. Clerks were especially helpful in finding & carrying to register. Highly recommend going here.”

“Fine place to get your fix. Staff is friendly, and willing to help you find what you are looking for. The state of Virginia regulates the sale of line and some type of capacity so the only types of wine. They have a local lines. This is a conveniently located spot to the right next to some restaurants and grocery stores.”

“I recently went in search of Chartreuse Green - it's a spirit used to make an iconic cocktail The Last Word - a prohibition era cocktail. Apparently, it's been somewhat of a challenge to find this spirit - as only a small amount is made by the Carthusian monks of the Grande Chartreuse monastery in France. I happened to find several Virginia ABC Stores in the 15-20 mile range from my home - so I cruised over to snag two bottles. I could not find it on the shelf - so I checked with the staff. The Chartreuse Green was stored in the back - they promptly retrieved two bottles for me - plus I restocked my supply of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur with a fresh bottle. This particular Virginia ABC Store feels smaller than most. Paid with Apple Pay. Service was good! #VirginiaABCStore”
“The cashier was a very nice lady she has patience and understanding, as she understood my situation on having to unlock my card while I was there as I was struggling a bit and waited very and rather patiently. Very nice woman. Don't know if she was the manager or not but she needs a raise in my opinion as I was there around 6pm. Very nice cashier.”
