“Miki, the Head of Maintenance, is by far one of the most amazing workers I have encountered here at Camden Fairfax Corner. I originally needed help with my blinds because they were sticking, and he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain what the issue could be, and use trusty WD-40. Now they glide like butta.

He is genuinely the best, most non-judgmental listener I have ever met when it comes to maintenance issues. On top of that, I was also having issues with my hot water heater—I like to shower on the devil’s level ?—and he patiently explained why the temperature couldn’t be set any higher than it already was. Once he explained it, I completely understood.

Miki didn’t stop there. He also fixed my door that wasn’t closing properly. He took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong, quickly used his tools, and now it closes with no issues at all. I had also accidentally taken some paint off my door, and he went above and beyond by repainting it—now it looks brand new.

I truly wish all apartment buildings had people like Miki. He makes you feel like family and safe knowing he’s around. If I ever have an issue, I know that he or someone from his team will be there in a timely manner to help. I don’t know what Miki gets paid, but I do know it’s not enough—he absolutely deserves a raise!”

“We've lived at the reserve for 3 months now and we love it here. The pool was clean and always had a guard over the summer. We've had to put in multiple maintenance requests since move in but the maintenance staff is quick, kind and very friendly. Parking is easy without paying for a reserved spot. And the office staff is helpful and quick to respond to emails/calls.”
