“We moved in September 26th from Ashburn to be closer to the city. When I toured with Chiara she was warm, knowledgable, friendly and honest about the questions I was inquiring about. I absolutely loved the apartment once I walked in. Chiara was very helpful during the week of my move, as I had some packages delivered before we actually moved into the apartment, she was pleasant, nice and polite about us being able to hold to the packages until we actually moved in the following Friday. She was accommodating about assigned parking spots, and has been extremely kind about everything!! We plan to be here for a years! Thank you Chiara for all you do for the tenants that live in this building!!

The people in this building are kind and nice, it's quiet, and something like a little gem tucked away in Falls Church!
