“Moved from a more expensive apartment close by. Everything has been wonderful so far! Love the set up of the apartment, its light airy, nice stainless steel, great water pressure, the property with all the trees and grassy areas is very pretty and the clubhouse is newly remodeled with a very nice gym. Super happy with the proximity to all the shops too.”

“I lived at Camden Fairfax Corner for 2 years (Summer 2024 - September 2026) and overall enjoyed my experience. I ultimately moved for a closer commute to my work in DC and to lower my rent.
Pros: Zero maintenance issues in my unit the entire time. The complex is nicely located within a shopping center (movie theater and various restaurants/stores/offices) and nearby a metro bus stop, with good nearby walking and running paths. The leasing office was consistently helpful, especially Abdul and Rebecca.
Cons: The package room is very chaotic, finding Amazon packages usually took me anywhere from 10-25 minutes (I think the property would benefit from Amazon lockers). Pet waste is routinely found in common areas due to inconsiderate owners (I realize this isn't the property's fault per se). False fire alarms were occasional at certain times of the year, at their worst going off late at night or early in the morning. Drivers in the parking garages are generally quite aggressive and tend to speed. I also felt the rent towards the end of my last renewal was a tad high compared to other metro apartments in the area.
Overall, I'd be happy to return to this property in the future if my work moves back into NoVA!”
