“I'm writing this review based on the exceptional service I received from Camden Maintenance team member Dom. Everyone will not do what he accomplished. The hot water went out in the apartment and although I submitted the request no matter what Dom always ask if everything is okay. I expressed our issue and immediately responded with I will come by and assess what is going on. Long story short water heater was replaced, but the X factor, the personnel demeanor and professional in just asking is everything okay in the apartment speaks volumes to his work ethnic. Thank you - 5 fives all across the board.”

“Overall just a lovely experience! The staff & the residents have all been wonderful to work with! I have been a vendor with this location for a few years teaching weekly yoga classes and occasional special resident appreciation events. We have the best time and a robust community of yogis! Meeting in either the basketball court or the outside courtyard. The amenities are top notch. Truly luxury in all of the ways!”

“I’ve been living here for 9 months so far. Never had any issues with anything regarding noise, bugs, maintenance issues, or anything else really. The gym is newly renovated so it’s very nice but it is very small and does not have a few pieces of equipment(there’s no stair master, only one bench, etc.) but it is usually pretty empty. The location is solid, walking distance to Fairfax corner, bus stop, and wegmans. It would be tough to find a place of this quality with similar or better location at this price point.”

“Maria was amazing and very helpful. She made my visit so comfortable and she answered every question, she was very professional. The townhomes are very spacious and I love the fact that the rooms are huge and the closet space is very enormous. They have a nice fitness center and a huge pool. I love the space that’s available.Again thank you Maria, you are amazing and professional.”
