I made my decision to buy the car, my husband and I flew to Virginia we arrived in the evening after work and the next day our salesman came and picked us up at the hotel and brought us right to the car dealership. We test drove the car, signed all the paperwork and were on our way driving back home with our new car. “The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“Mr. Kim of Samsung Auto Care fixed my 2005 Honda Civic Ex impeccably. The engine light was on and the car was overheating. It took me a while to find the right auto repair shop to diagnose and repair my car. Mr. Kim replaced four fuel injectors and a radiator on 5/19/2025. I had driven the car for six months and it was running smoothly without glitches. Obviously the repair was done with honesty and excellent craftsmanship. It is truly trustworthy and commendable.”

“First time using this company for vehicle repairs. The final product was good and the car returned clean. I had to deduct one star because they tried to return the car the first time without a quality control check and ended up having to keep the car for a few additional days to correct a repair and clean the car. However, they were willing to correct their issues and offer up a loaner car to offset the additional rental car costs. The other four stars given for their honesty, end-quality of repairs, loaner offered, friendly and patient attitudes, and friendly dogs.”

“My first time visiting this auto shop due to google map reviews. I came in for an oil change around 11:45pm on Oct 2nd and left by 1pm. So the wait time was pretty satisfying compared to Toyota and Wiygul. I was greeted by Matt the cutie pie. He was professional and friendly. I came for an oil change and i stayed until they finished with my car. The waiting area was okay, but a bit warm. I am someone who loves cold and cool rooms. It would've been nice if they had the waiting room at a room temperature of 70°s. It was 80 degrees inside. I should know because my house is always at 70°s. Anyways overall i am happy with the service and satisfied with the price. Matt took his time explaining all the things that i need to repair or consider repairing. He seems a genuine good guy, but i have my skepticism about all mechanic people, because of my past experience with Wiygul. I will return to this place for my next oil change, only then i will upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I felt welcomed though. The guys arent bunch of weirdos who stare at you or anything, they seem really professional. Thanks Craftsman!”
