“Came in for a tire repair. Nail got in the tire in an angle but Craftsman Auto had an experience of similar case and they were able to take care of it. They used paper floor cover and plastic seat cover when they pulled the car in the garage. When I get a tire repair, I make sure it is internal patch with a stem and Craftsman Auto does the internal patch with a stem. Some places patches tires with just a rubber string snake patch, which I do not think the safe way to do. Everything was great and I have a piece of mine they do it in a proper way. Added bonus is that they have a lot of experience with Tesla. I always offer my ice hockey puck and they have everything Tesla related so they were good.”

“The best. Period. Not only does this team have the skills, they are FANTASTIC people!! I was a regular customer for many, many years until I started leasing. With leases, all the services are included in the lease, so I hadn't been to W.B. in about 13 years. When I had an issue with a used car we bought post-COVID, not only did they remember me, they were willing to check into my problem THAT AFTERNOON even though they were hugely busy. His knowledge and genuine customer service were a refreshing change from the typical chain automotive shops. Communication was fast, the work was done in about 40 minutes while I grabbed a coffee, and he even offered to move my appointment so I wouldn’t miss NFL Sunday. “The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“Mr. Kim of Samsung Auto Care fixed my 2005 Honda Civic Ex impeccably. The engine light was on and the car was overheating. It took me a while to find the right auto repair shop to diagnose and repair my car. Mr. Kim replaced four fuel injectors and a radiator on 5/19/2025. I had driven the car for six months and it was running smoothly without glitches. Obviously the repair was done with honesty and excellent craftsmanship. It is truly trustworthy and commendable.”

I had to deduct one star because they tried to return the car the first time without a quality control check and ended up having to keep the car for a few additional days to correct a repair and clean the car. However, they were willing to correct their issues and offer up a loaner car to offset the additional rental car costs. The other four stars given for their honesty, end-quality of repairs, loaner offered, friendly and patient attitudes, and friendly dogs.”
