I've tried service at 2 other Ford dealers in the area and Ted Britt is the best! Service advisors are knowledgable and treated me with respect, explaining work that needs to be done and what can wait to a later time. I recently had a major 60K service done and was very pleased.

I bought a used Jeep SRT from Ted Britt Ford a week or so ago. It was a good experience even with some small hiccups I was happy overall. Vinny one of the finance managers there was great and my sales person Shaq was also excellent.
