“I had a fantastic experience at this location. Especially want to call out Khaldon. He worked hard to find me the exact vehicle I needed, had amazing communication skills, and was honestly a delight to work with. He also assisted me when I received some conflicting information from the other location several states away that I dropped off my vehicle to. Based on working with Khaldon, I will 100% only be using this location for my car rental needs going forward. Thank you guys”

“I had a wonderful experience renting from the Avis location at Fair Oaks Mall. I accidentally showed up a day early for my reservation and didn’t realize my mistake until I got there. Fortunately, Habtom, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Even though their car inventory was limited that day, he went out of his way to find me a vehicle and actually gave me a very nice car—probably nicer than what I would have had originally. What I appreciated most was how patient and gentle he was throughout the process. He clearly wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. Customer service like that really stands out. Thank you, Habtom, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into such an easy and pleasant one. I truly appreciated your help!”

“I had a great experience with them, the reception was really nice and helpful and made the process really easy and quick. The car was very clean and good condition. I cant tell how i am happy to rent the car from them cause i had a bad experience with enterprise and was not trusting car rental but the budget and this branch really make it great experience for me.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Farhan, the manager at Hertz. Every time I’ve come in, he’s been extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He really takes the time to make sure his customers are taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Farhan goes above and beyond with his communication, always explaining everything clearly and making sure I leave with exactly what I need. It’s rare to find someone who manages a team so well while also giving such great customer service. If you’re renting from Hertz, Farhan is the person you want helping you. He’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!”
