The rep who handled my paperwork is named Michael and he was kind, expedient, funny, and thorough in explaining the paperwork. The car I received was clean, easy to drive, and though I had to extend it a week beyond my original time, there were no issues in doing so.I hope my car doesn't have issues in the near future, but if so, I'm only renting from one place, Enterprise.”

“I got into an accident and had to get a rental through my insurance, of course me being boujee I wanted a nice car so I called this place and Jen helped me from beginning to end. I never even met Jen this was all through call/text she was always on top of it and got back to me ASAP and was so incredibly nice helpful. I never write reviews but she really deserves it, she would even personally call different enterprises and made sure the car was ready for me to pick up! I can’t ask for better service. The staff is in and out so it is a bit challenging when you come sometimes , but there is usually a phone number on the door for help overall - good experience. Kids loved our jeep this time around.”
