“This place is solid! I rented a 7 seats vehicle for the Labor Day weekend. Pick up and return were both smooth, even though Ben was one-man show and busy. I didn't get a SUV I reserved and got a minivan instead, not a big deal. What matters more is that the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back and can recommend.”

“Sam has helped me with many car needs, including alternator replacement, AC system evaluation, used car inspections, and towing. Working with Sam is a breath of fresh air compared to working with dealerships and other repair shops. Independent and reliable car experts can be difficult to find (yet very valuable to have) — Sam is one of the very best. He gets my highest recommendation.”

“The Shirlington Enterprise Rent-a-Car office is top notch! They picked me up at home and took me to the office for a smooth rental experience. The car was flawless, and the return was as easy as could be. The staff is invariably friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using their services again!!! I'm tired of getting the runaround from other companies who pretend to offer lower rates but then make you wait for four hours standing around waiting for a car to become available. That means you Avis at Pentagon City Fashion Center!”

“I had a fantastic experience at this location. Especially want to call out Khaldon. He worked hard to find me the exact vehicle I needed, had amazing communication skills, and was honestly a delight to work with. He also assisted me when I received some conflicting information from the other location several states away that I dropped off my vehicle to. Based on working with Khaldon, I will 100% only be using this location for my car rental needs going forward. Thank you guys”

“The staff was pleasant and efficient. I had my four year old granddaughter with me and Nardos Yeshitila went out of her way to be friendly. My granddaughter said she always wanted a red car - and Nardos brought us a red car. Such a kindness is a small thing in the world, but it made our day and left a lasting good impression with us.”

“Enoch and the team were amazing today! They made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The pick-up at Koons Collision Center up the road was quick and convenient—I barely had to wait five minutes. Enoch was especially thorough with his walkthrough and made sure I was completely set up and comfortable with my rental while my car is being repaired. The entire team provided excellent service and made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend Enoch and the team! Great customer service from start to finish.”

“I want to sincerely thank the branch manager David Burris for taking time to listen to my situation after I told him that I had a flat tire in an unfamiliar freeway at 11 pm. When I called the roadside assistant, the lady wasn’t help me and hung up on me making an already stressful situation even worse. He agreed that the behavior was unacceptable. He advised me to file a complaint and kept my contract open in order for the company to review the situation. He showed genuine care, Professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you for turning the stressful situation into a positive.”

“Rented from Budget on Parklawn Drive in Rockville MD and Anthony and Teklu provided the most outstanding standing client services anyone could ask for. Initially I had a small Toyota Corolla and I did not feel safe in that vehicle. The next day I went back to the outlet and spoke with Anthony. With no hesitation he understood my concerns and provided a 2026 VW Taos which was superb. Top Shelf Customer and Administration Services. Thank you gentlemen for a great experience and will go back whenever I need to rent another vehicle.”
