The absolute worse pharmacist. She had the nerve to call and tell my doctor that ii threatened her. Each pharmacists has their own way of doing things but for some reason this pharmacist has a stigma when it comes to suboxone. She refused to fill my prescription until the day I was out. Leaving me without a dosage that day until they filled ot( whenever they felt like it). Now I’ve been on hold trying to find out what her district manager is for 10 minutes.

Worst pharmacy ever! Pharmacist had NO TIME to answer questions on how to use my prescription! Guess I’ll go home and ask Google.

The main phone line seems to have changed. It does not seem to go to the local pharmacy. The wait takes forever! More than 30 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. CVS Pharmacy is only getting worse. The local pharmacists are great if you can get to them.

Prices in store are higher than in their app and they won’t price match their own app. It feels misleading and possibly a violation of fair price laws

This is the ONLY pharmacy to go to in the area. The people who work there are incredibly helpful, and will stop at NOTHING to help you find what you need. I’ve never experienced such great service at a CVS.

If only it were available, this would've been a zero star for their poor customer service, lack of attention to detail & tardiness. The Pharmacy hangs up several times when trying to call to get prescription status. They're never open on time and close early. I drove there on 2 occassions only to find out they were closed early. On different occassion, I also called at 6.45pm and several times after, knowing that they close at 7pm to check on prescription status. No one answered, only to get the automated message at 7pm that the pharmacy is closed. So, obviously someone was ignoring calls till closure. This is by far the worst CVS location I've ever seen. Just close it.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. The staff is complacent and does not care about customer service whether it is in person or on the phone. My favorite experience has been a manager who told me to hold for 15 minutes and then ended the call. When I called back they said, "Oh that was someone else, but I did go back and check..." There are a couple better locations near by, proceed with caution.

There self check out machines are THE WORST! They either don't work or they just won't fix them so you have no choice but to wait in line & hope someone shows up to help. There's usually 1-2 people working so help is non-existent. It's also so out dated that it's basically a bodega. Don't get me started on the pharmacy. If I could give this location zero stars, I totally would. From the absolutely RUDE pharmacist Cecille to the constant broken self-check out machines, this location should just shut down. Avoid this location if you want to avoid being frustrated. Expect to stand in line & wait for a cashier to come up & check you out because the machines are CONSTANTLY not working properly. The 1st machine says "no cash" but is supposed to accept credit/debit & Apple Pay however it does not accept ANY payments methods so it denies all payments which can be embarrassing when there is a long line. I cant tell you how many times I have had to walk out WITHOUT my items because I had to wait FOREVERRRR for the cashiers assistance. There isn't anything convenient about this location at all. CVS in Greenbriar is MUCH better!

If I could I would give 0 stars. Pharmacy has horrible customer service, skills and lack of empathy. I will take my buisness elsewhere.

I typically don't like to go to this location because of the pharmacy but yesterday I stopped by to get a few items. The staff at the front of the store were great! They were actually happy to assist me then when I was done shopping they were able to check me out. As opposed to the other locations that I go to that make you go to the self checkout. And look at you like they can't help you so go to a different location. Thanks again for the great customer service!

I stopped going to this location last year because of the less than adequate customer service. On my way to work today, I had the need to purchase an item and was greeted at this same store by a lovely lady (Sara -Mgr.) with a helpful and welcoming smile. She stopped what she was doing to pleasantly assist me with my purchase. She's a breath of fresh air. Polite, professional, courteous and friendly. I'm delighted to find that this store is offering outstanding customer service again. The displays now are efficient and uncluttered. She's a class act.Thank you!

They had very slow service but the real issue I have is that using the same insurance my prescription cost $105 at CVS and $35 at Safeway Pharmacy. Was going on a trip and Safeway was out of it, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone to CVS. The slower service wasn’t a big deal, they looked pretty busy… but if you are in Fairlakes/Fair Oaks area, I would recommend Safeway at the Fairfax Towncenter. At least in my experience they have much better pricing.
