“What a mess inside! Reminded of a store Called Rock Bottom in Nanuet NY in the 80's. I complete mess of a sales floor but they have everything you need cheaper than other stores! The cashier was extremely efficient and was able to reduce waiting to pay. Several cashier's. Oh and who doesn't love pineapple soda! Always find what you don't need and treat yourself!! #dollartreelife”

“First and foremost, let's frame our expectations. This is a store that sells things for $1; this is not Nordstrom's or Tiffany's. What do you expect for a dollar???? These are things I buy here: Containers Cleaners balloons gift bags gift wrap These are things I don't buy here: Anything I would ingest into my body.”
“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”
“Wonderful customer service! Daphne and Caroline were so helpful and gave me a refresher on how the process worked again as I haven’t been in a couple years. They were only able to take a couple items as this store is a selective location (I called and knew this prior to arriving). After checking out, Daphne and Caroline had referred me to the Dulles location to try my other items and the Dulles location had taken a majority of what was left over. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back next spring cleaning!!”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
