“I'm so thankful to staff members at this location. Chris was very kind and not dismissive like other locations. I know that people are looking for specific items and I'm sure it gets frustrating but as a customer I felt valued when the staff here were all very kind. Thank you so much for such great customer service ?”
“Convenient and has a wide variety of items. April, the manager is friendly. Other Staff appear to be non productive and non attentive to the stores needs for organization. Probably due to the distraction of their cell phone usage, especially at the cash register. This store is often unorganized.”
“Generally a good store, but it was freezing inside! Not sure if their heat was out or what, but 20 mins shopping inside and I had to check out quickly to leave—brrrrr! Got some fun holiday decor items though.”

“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”
“Many shelves were quite empty, and a lot of items were out of stock. I was looking for some basic necessities but couldn’t find what I needed. The location is very good—right in the center of Fairfax, next to groceries 99 Ranch mart —but the product selection is not very complete. Because of that, I wasn’t very satisfied with my visit.

“Excellent customer service as everyone here is polite and friendly. Prices for both buying and selling are reasonable. The only drawback is the limited selection in small and extra-small sizes for shirts, pants, and jackets.”

“Excellent store. The manager Robert was super helpful and professional not only with us but with everyone he was helping out. Been a long time since I saw a manager really go above and beyond. The guys who helped us take our furniture to the car were also extremely nice and professional. This is my go to Homesense from now on!”
