Johann is the kindest, more caring person I’ve ever worked with when it came to apartment hunting. If it were not for him and his amazing team, I would not have found my wonderful apartment in a nice community. Johann is truly a gem and I recommend anyone request for him while touring at Halstead Square.

Awesome maintenance service. They usually come really fast. Hubert did maintenance for my water and came within few hours for resetting the heater and checking it.
