“This was a wonderful experience. I tried going to the office in Herndon, which was total garbage (will not make that mistake again). Ended up having to drive all the way in here to the Fairfax office instead. They were very friendly on the phone and in person and I got my IDP that I needed with no appointment. Only issue is that I walked into the lobby of the building and could not find Suite 120 because it is not connected. I felt like an idiot that I could not find it and it made me sad. Finally figured out that you have to go outside and walk around the building until you find the direct AAA entrance. Frustrating building design. Anyhow, highly recommend!”

“A month ago, someone backed into my parked car in a parking lot and caused damage. I contacted my insurance company, Travelers Insurance, and my agent, Songhee Lim, handled the claim from start to finish.
I took my car to a nearby body shop, but they and the other party’s insurance company were unable to agree on repair costs and rental coverage. As a result, my car was left fully disassembled for over three weeks with little progress.
Ms. Lim stepped in with persistent follow-up and clear communication, quickly resolving the situation between both sides. The repairs were completed at an agreed price, and the rental car issue was also taken care of.
Through this experience, I truly saw Ms. Lim’s professionalism and problem-solving ability. It also reassured me that Travelers Insurance is a reliable and dependable company.

“Initially I came for an international drivers license and visa fotos for my move to France October 2020 in out in 15 minutes. Next I ordered travel plans for my daughter’s college drop off at Washington State University in August 2026 it arrived in 3 days by mail.
