“I went to my car dealership for an oil change and left with a list of services they recommended totaling almost $6K (more than the trade in value of my old car). The dealership even said that one was a safety issue and that I shouldn’t drive on highways because my steering could give out anytime. I called my dad for his advice. He said GO TO MEINEKE to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. The wonderful team at Meineke in Fairfax, VA, did a free and thorough inspection of my car and only recommended three services, totaling just shy of $800. They even checked the specific part the dealership said was a safety issue and saw no problem with it, assuring me that it wasn’t a safety issue at all. I’m starting to think that the dealership was just trying to scare me enough so that I’d decide to trade in my old car and buy a new one (instead of paying for repairs totaling more than the car’s value). Luckily, I don’t have to make that decision now and I feel confident driving my car around for a while longer, including on highways. I can’t thank Chris and the rest of his team enough for being so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. And, the moral of the story, dad always knows best.”
“Fairfax Auto Repair has exceeded my expectations. I had to drive out of state for a family emergency, and I was concerned about a timing belt that was cracked but still functional. I called Fairfax Auto the day before I had to leave to replace the belt so that I wouldn't be stuck on the highway if it broke. Fairfax Auto ordered the belt that morning and called me when it arrived. They replaced the belt while I waited, and I was able to drive 500 miles in a day without worrying about my car. I will only use Fairfax Auto Repair for my car repairs. I trust them completely. They do great work and are reasonably priced. They are close to where I live. Great place and great work.”
“Great body shop! Damian wrote my estimate on the spot and kept me updated every day throughout the repair process. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the workmanship and quality at Caliber Collison have been some of the best I’ve seen in the Northern Virginia area. This is my 3rd time working with him. The first two times were at the previous Del Ray location.

“I needed to get my 2021 hybrid Sonata Va state inspection. I wanted a place that was known for thorough inspections. Google identified Circle as one of the top three in Fairfax County, VA. From the moment I stepped foot in this shop, I knew I had found the right place. After my car passed the state inspection I asked Circle to check the vehicle for needed service work per it's mileage. The shop videotapes any issues on the vehicle to show to the customer. All work needed was done quickly and efficiently. The lead mechanic and shop owner, Dave, is present daily. He, Gabriel, Emma, Zak and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable and reputable. I have now found a new place for all future work on this vehicle, and highly recommend you take your vehicle, foreign or domestic, gas powered, hybrid or electric there for your car care”
“I had my 2013 VW Jetta 2.5 SEL towed to this shop overnight during the weekend while traveling. First thing Monday morning, Henry called me to discuss the vehicle. He was absolutely great on the phone and clearly walked me through the entire process. The communication was excellent with detailed updates every step of the way. My car needed a radiator fan, PCV valve replacement, vacuum hose, and a coolant reservoir. While I felt the pricing was a touch expensive, it was completely fair. They even helped me look for some savings on parts and labor, which was a huge help. The car performed flawlessly on the drive back to Illinois and is still running like a top. Highly recommend!”
“Joe and Brian arrived right on time Saturday morning to replace all the brakes, pads and rotors in our 2014 Mazda. They used Mazda parts. They were no more expensive than taking it to a garage, and far less hassle. They have a military discount you can ask about. “Roberto is one of the best in auto repair! I sent him a message and he came out to take a look at the car the same day (in between customers). Gave me a rough idea of what the issue might be and an approximate cost. Later that evening gave me the exact quote and we agreed.

“Highly recommend Stephen at Brake Masters. He provided a very competitive quote for rear brakes and rotors on my SUV, saving me about $200 compared to the dealership. His knowledge and genuine customer service were a refreshing change from the typical chain automotive shops. Communication was fast, the work was done in about 40 minutes while I grabbed a coffee, and he even offered to move my appointment so I wouldn’t miss NFL Sunday. Do yourself a favor and book him for your next job!”
“The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“I just wanted to let everyone know what an incredible job Kim’s Auto Service does.I first went there when my son suggested I give them a try. I have a Fiat 500, and the window mechanism had broken. Kim’s Auto Service fixed it right away with no problems at all.More recently, this past weekend a neighbor accidentally ran into my car and broke the side marker light and damaged the rear area. I called Kim and he immediately said, “Bring it in and let me take a look so I can give you an estimate.” He checked it, called me shortly after with an estimate, and I dropped the car off.
