There for the salon experience... Have always been very satisfied with Penny's salon. Laura does an excellent job, taking her time and assuring she has an understanding of the desired outcome. Would highly recommend.

Easy in and easy out with parking on second level right by the door. I do online ordering and then pick up items in the store. Always a good experience.

I don't recommend the JCPenney Portraits Studio!!! Making reservations is pointless since they book in 15 minutes increments, and are backed up. Our appointment was at 2:45 and we were there until 5:00 with a toddler and it was an awful experience!!! They need better processing, and offer online services so customers order their photos online after the photoshoot. This was our first and LAST time!!!Update: We got our digital photos and the family portraits were terrible, I called the manager and she refused to refund despite seeing how awful they were. AVOID!!!!
