JC Penney is still the best retailer I know. I hope we don't lose them. The men's department is exceptional . The Stafford brand men's tee shirt is the only brand I wear since I got out of the Navy in 1970. The last long, keep shape and are exceptionally comfortable.

There for the salon experience... Have always been very satisfied with Penny's salon. Laura does an excellent job, taking her time and assuring she has an understanding of the desired outcome. Would highly recommend.
