My phlebotomist MooMoo was OUTSTANDING!!! she got it on the first try with no digging. Wish I could've brought her home with me! She deserves a promotion and will definetly request her for future draws. 10 out of 10 stars highly recommend if your a tough draw. ?”

“I live in md but was born in va. So getting a copy of my birth certificate is usually not easy on the fly, especially since there are still agencies closed to the public. I really needed it and it was quick and cheap. In MD it's $30 for my kids birth certificate each. VA is $12. ?. They are safe with social distancing and take your temperament at the entrance. I was done in less than 30 minutes.”

“If you are nervous about blood draw like me, this place is for you. The environment is very calm and clean. I made an appointment and they took me exactly on time. I requested a butterfly needle and to lie down. Both were not a problem. Tanisha did my labs quickly, professionally and easily talking to me the whole time to distract from the process. Thank you for doing what you are doing.”
“There weren’t any appointments available online for the next 3 days, so I took a gamble and did a walk in on a Friday at noon and was seen immediately! Kind staff and was in and out in less than 5 min.”

“Nice and convenient! I was able to get a prime morning spot within a few days. Lab space is very nice. Tech was a pro - barely felt the needle. Check in process was smooth as butter via my phone. Definitely recommend. Note the location is tucked in the back of the Safeway store (I ended up buying $20 worth of snacks on my way out).”

“Quest has the best trained techs of any medical facility I know of. They never have hurt me and I am considered a “hard stick” by most. I am phobic about needles snd hate hospital visits I often wonder why they don’t outsource phlebotomy to Quest where techs never have had to stick me twice.”

“This was the longest I've ever had to wait, without an appointment, and it was after lunch walk in on a Friday of a Holiday Weekend, when something was up with their system- but the wait time was correctly estimated by the system ahead of time. Once my name was called, the personnel were VERY friendly, efficient, and quick to serve my needs and confirm my lab work order!”
