“I was really worried at first because of a previous bad experience at another lab—they overcharged me since I don’t have insurance. As soon as I entered Quest Diagnostics, I asked about the cost of my lab tests. A very kind lady helped me right away and told me the price without hesitation. When I mentioned I was looking for something more affordable, she kindly suggested checking Ulta Lab Tests online for better prices.
I appreciated her honesty and left to discuss it with my husband. He found the Ulta Lab website and sent me the link. I tried to register while still outside, but the process was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure it all out. Since I had already taken the day off from work, I decided to just go back inside and get the tests done.
I asked for the lady I spoke with earlier, but she was on break. Another very helpful staff member said she could assist me. I explained everything to her, and she offered to help me right then. To my surprise, she entered all my test information and offered me a much lower price than expected. I was even more surprised when she said everything would be done right there at the same location!
I’m so thankful to both of the ladies who helped me. They made what started as a stressful day into a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate their kindness and support.”

“I like the Quest Diagnostics facility at Fuller Court, Alexandria VA, and choose to drive a little further to go there rather than facilities closer to me. The technicians are always professional, and quite honestly, they are far more meticulous in adhering to best practices here than at other facilities, such having me verify my name is on each vial and communicating with me what they are doing. I also appreciate that they graciously helped remove my coat and hang it up (the wall hooks are too high for me to reach). I also appreciate that I see the same technicians each time I go for labs. They are always respectful of their clients and pleasant to work with!”

“I am always a very hard stick and lab work is traumatizing for me. Lab corps and quest couldn't even get my blood after 5 tries. My phlebotomist MooMoo was OUTSTANDING!!! she got it on the first try with no digging. Wish I could've brought her home with me! She deserves a promotion and will definetly request her for future draws. 10 out of 10 stars highly recommend if your a tough draw. ?”

“Visited recently for lab work. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION and is co-located with Rose Wellness. This location is in Hunter Mill Plaza on the back side. In and out quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. No appointment necessary. If no receptionist, read the notes on the table and ring the bell; tech will be along shortly.”
“I visited here during COVID and was happy with my visit. They did a good job keeping all the appointments staggered and were quick with the work. They did, however, forget to give me a document on my way out. But considering everything going on I definitely understand. They are professional and personable here.”

“If you are nervous about blood draw like me, this place is for you. The environment is very calm and clean. I made an appointment and they took me exactly on time. I requested a butterfly needle and to lie down. Both were not a problem. Tanisha did my labs quickly, professionally and easily talking to me the whole time to distract from the process. Thank you for doing what you are doing.”
“I have come to this location quite a few times in the last year for bloodwork. Everyone has been so nice. I do make an appointment, and today I was in and out in 10 minutes. Anne did a fantastic job drawing my blood, I barely even felt it.”
“I absolutely love this location. The staff here is great. Yolanda is by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had! So has helped me so much over the years with my anxiety of needles to the point I feel like I have conquered my fear (which was due to a bad experience in the past). Ria, from NJ, actually took my blood on this visit, and she made me feel at ease. Usually, I would feel nervous with someone other than Yolanda, but the way she spoke to me, as if we were friends, I did not tense up. These two ladies deserve a raise! Their calming techniques were top-tier. I wouldn’t go to anyone else or any location. Highly recommend!”

“This review pertains to the Arlington Blvd location in Fairfax, VA. The medical personnel who took my blood was very professional, pleasant, and respectful. She was thorough verifying my information and went through the routine of asking whether the labels on the tubes were correct. She was able to find a good vein right away. I have very fine veins that’s why I appreciate it very much when the person taking my blood finds a good vein. Overall, I’ve always had a good experience at this location.”

“I have terrible veins! I usually get stuck 3 times. l,Ms. Carmen is brilliant. She hit the mark on the first try, after the previous place tried to take blood out of my wrist and forearm. I’ve been two times in the last 3 months. The place is a bit old, however it is clean. If you want an expert go here.”
