I have been a customer of this bank for a long time and the service is excellent, especially Ms Abeena who is very helpful with any questions anytime during business hours.

Choose another branch. Customer service could be much better, did not feel welcomed. Happy that my personal accounts are with another institution and I will be taking my business needs elsewhere.2 stars because I was able to get the matter resolved eventually.
