Also, I have been out of the country long enough to not know how things have changed since Covid, and the branch manager was kind enough to assist me in making sure that I could get a statement as soon as possible. I was able to get all the documents that I needed so that I could get a cell phone, my life drivers license and other things. The staff was also very kind and took time to explain to me how to work online banking. If you want good old, traditional customer service with a smile this is the branch to go!”

She told me about the transaction-viewing feature with my online account and offered an appointment to go over it with me. She also told me about a credit card with benefits I was currently looking for and offered to set it up immediately.
