“Samah Ahmad at the PNC Bank Fairlakes branch is a true banking expert who genuinely cares about her customers. She helped my daughter open a student checking account, confirmed on the mobile app within minutes, with no monthly fee since she qualified as a student.
She even shared her own experience as a young person building good saving habits early, like setting aside part of every paycheck. It was a nice personal touch that showed she truly cares, not just about the transaction but about her customers' financial well-being.
I've had multiple accounts with PNC for years, and Samah still found new ways to help me get more out of my banking. She told me about the transaction-viewing feature with my online account and offered an appointment to go over it with me. She also told me about a credit card with benefits I was currently looking for and offered to set it up immediately.
