We had an emergency with our parakeet on a Sunday and Pender Veterinary was able to squeeze us in. Customer service was outstanding with no wait time. Dr Reukauf and her staff were very kind and caring, we were extremely impressed. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience here. The exotic pet department stayed open late for our snake emergency. They were very efficient and caring and compassionate. I would definitely come here again.
