“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.”

“I have not had a lot of experience with vets taking care of my tropical birds. When I did have a serious problem with my birds Dr. Bignall was always availabe and highly concerned for there health. I don't know what I would do with out such a wonderful veterinarian. One life couldn't be saved the other probably would of died without his help. God bless him and you couldn't get a more caring and concerned Dr. for your precious little creature.”

“Wonderful vet. I am extremely difficult to please, especially when it comes to the care my loved ones receive. Trust me when I say this office exceeds my lofty expectations every time. Both doctors we have seen are incredibly thorough, they do not rush and genuinely seem to care about our cat. They take the time to explain things in detail, they are gentle and patient. They do not push unnecessary treatments or try to run your bill up for their benefit. You can tell that they are passionate about animal care and they have a wealth of knowledge to back it up. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable place to take your pet to, this is it.”

“We always are pleased with our visits to Merrifield Animal Hospital. Dr. Baird is a patient, kind, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable veterinarian. Our cat, who hates travel, loves her and put up with inoculations and nail clipping with minimal protest. The staff was also nice and we were taken in on time. This is a wonderful practice and we highly recommend it!”

“My family take 2 of there dogs twice a week. The dogs love going each week and sometimes we do overnight boarding and they do an excellent job of taking care of them. I take them over twice a week and they come out to the car and get the dogs. Anytime we have had an interaction with the employees it has been very positiveThank you staff at Montrose for taking such great care of our fur babies”

“I can't express enough how grateful I am for Mainstay and their top notch professionalism. I took my first ever rescue dog here, and they walked us through trauma and heart-worm treatment with the utmost care. We now live in another state, but continue to appreciate the time spent with Dr. Hitt and team. Congrats on the new facility and best of luck always!”

“I didn't even go in to the office, but Haley answered the phone and was very compassionate and helpful, and then Mike got on the phone, and talked me through what the best situation would be for our delicate circumstance. He spoke with reassurance, lack of judgment, and sound advice. I felt heard, much more equipped, and settled.”

“Dr VanSickle is one of kindest and most compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever had the pleasure in meeting. I have two dogs with significant health issues. One that was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and the other diagnosed with lymphoma. She has cared for them both with the gentleness any pet parent would hope for. Dr VanSickle responds to my frantic emails and always figures a way to help in their care. She is creative in how to move forward and always honest with their prognosis. I highly recommend her as well as her incredible staff.”

“Very friendly and informative staff. Very caring towards pets and looks out for their best health and safety. Went there to get a fecal exam so my dog could go to doggy daycare and during their head to toe assessment, they found a tick in my dog's ear! They removed it and gave him a treatment (follow up in a couple weeks) and a preventative. They explained every single thing they were going to do before they did it and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. Thanks so much for taking care of my doggy baby!!! ❤️”

“I’ve been going here since I first got my puppy three years ago! Dr. Yanovich has been my dog’s doctor since he was 8 weeks old and she has always been the best! Very informative, friendly, listens to your concerns, and explains everything well. This location is 30 minutes away from me and I have tried several local Banfield locations, but this one has been my favorite by far.”

Thank you Town & Country for the excellent job you do with our lovely pets!”

“Without a doubt, Dr. Downs is one of the best Veterinarians in the region and has cared for our two Whippets (sight hounds have some unique medical treatment concerns) for several years and provided nothing but excellent care. She is very thorough in her approach, and as a result provided an early cancer diagnosis and treatment plan for our eldest Whippet (surgery, medication and diet) and also identified the early onset of heart conditions in both our (senior citizen) Whippets. Dr. Downs has always worked in close coordination with veterinary specialists (surgeon, oncologist and cardiologist).I believe that Dr. Downs proactive approach has improved the quality of life and lifespan (12 and 13 years old) of both our Whippets.Through the years, the staff at Little River have been nothing short of kind, caring, friendly and professional.Highly recommended!”

“I haven't had a bad experience yet. The staff are always friendly and don't try to push unnecessary treatments or products onto me during my visits. They are proactive and call me to know when my pets are due for shots and checkups before I even have to call to schedule. They also offer very good kitten comp packages, which I highly recommend.”
