“When my cat suddenly started losing hair, throwing up, and stopped eating, I was panicking and convinced I was about to lose her. Dr. Adesso made time for us on short notice when I was extremely worried.
Fast forward to now: my cat is alive, eating, her hair has grown back, and she is back to her regular old self. Dr. Adesso truly turned things around and got her back to being herself again.
I will forever be grateful. If your pet is sick, scared, or acting weird, this is exactly who you want caring for them. I would trust her with my cat, my dog, and probably my emotional wellbeing too. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who loves their pet like a child.”

“I have brought my dog here twice for her annual checkups and vaccines and I will continue to. VCA is the Real Deal! The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Koch is Awesome! along with her nursing staff. They handle your animals with extreme care and the prices are very affordable especially in todays economy. The whole building is extremely clean and dander free. The communication here is fabulous also. You will find out anything you need to know about your pet if you ask. if I could give them 10 stars, I would.”
“AAH has been our go to for the last five years.
About three years ago, my eldest cat passed, and the team at AAH held our hands the entire way through the process. From explaining treatment options to being there when we finally had to say goodbye. They even sent a handwritten condolence card after, which meant so much to us.
Over the past year, one of our cats has a strange allergy on his belly. The doctor has personally followed up at least three times to check in on him, see if he's showing improvement, etc. While that would obviously be the hope for any medical concern, I've never actually had a vet personally call and email to make sure their patient is doing well. It really shows how much they truly care about their animals.
It makes a difference when you can tell the team genuinely loves what they do and the patients they have. We are so thankful to have a vet and team as caring as the AAH staff.

“I had been taking my dog back and forth to his primary care/urgent care vet for over a month and a half and the team kept assuming his symptoms were coming from old age or arthritis. After the rapid development of facial paralysis, I took my dog to VCA southpaws, they quickly got him and there was no wait. The ER Dr (Dr Lioung I think) was EXTRAORDINARY. She ran blood tests and identified that my poor baby had stage 4 leukemia. She talked me through all of our options, got in contact with the oncology and neurology team and was supportive as my mom and I made a decision on what was best for our dog. Unfortunately, we did decide to out Saint down but we are eternally grateful for the compassion and expertise of Dr L. She is amazing and I wonder if had we just gone to VCA Southpaws at first if we would have been able to catch the cancer sooner and have more time with Saint. While I hope I never have to bring anymore pets here, I do know that if I have to, they are in such great hands.

“I’ve used Banfield for my dogs for 9 years and it’s great! There are so many locations, it’s convenient. They have good office hours too. Plus you can change offices if needed to get an appointment. That’s helpful when a pet is sick or hurt!
I love the Greenbriar office and have gone there since they opened. The staff does change, but the service has always been very good. I appreciate their kindness, knowledge, and attention to the pets.
You can buy a membership plan but you don’t have to. I’ve done both and like the flexibility. I highly recommend!”
