Staff is excellent, studio warm and inviting...I’ve been practicing here for well over 10 years, and every time it’s like “coming home”. This is truly my happy place, where I feel calm, welcome and at peace.

This was my home studio when I lived in VA. AMAZING teachers, and workshops with nationally known yoga teachers. The vibe is wonderful and the studios warm and welcoming.

WELCOME, we're glad you're here! Sun & Moon Yoga is locally owned and community-supported. Since 1994, we've been connecting minds to bodies, yoga practice to wellness, and people to each other. Our classes are accessible, therapeutic, and well-taught in a slow and meditative hatha style of yoga. We're here for you in-person in our new Fairfax City location (and our original Arlington studio) as well as live-streamed and recorded classes on Zoom. If you've never come to Sun & Moon before, your first class is free.
