The manager here is absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, he’s friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ve seen him multitask with multiple customers at once and never miss a beat. He always keeps things moving quickly while still giving great customer service. Excellent experience every time—I highly recommend this location!

The guy at the store made me wait for an hour and kept attending to other customers. After the hour of waiting, he came and “unlocked” the printer, which would not print. He kept arguing that the document was password protected which it was not! He then “attempted” to print it from his computer which was inside in a creepy desk. It still did not print. I mentioned I would go to Fedex and it is not a problem.He got mad and then ripped the USB open!! Should you not have the basic printing set up in the printer or learn how to use it !! Why make a customer wait for one full hour to return empty handed!!
Totally ridiculous!!!! Unfriendly and rude

The UPS Store on 4094, Majestic Lane, Fairfax, Va. provided excellent customer service and efficiently, effectively and quickly turnaround due to an aggressive and important deadline, for printing, copying, notary services, and per my request sent my paper copies to my email as I requested. I was impressed how quickly my order was completed with no issues. A very happy customer! Thanks to the Fairfax UPS Store.

I will never enter this UPS store in Greenbriar Shopping Center again. I was next in line for service, and this Middle Eastern man, who is either an employee or owner of the franchise, was rude to me. He scoffed, walked away, and proceeded to take the next person in line. He never once asked me what service I was there for. What an awful experience! ☹️
