“I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.”

“Highly recommend! OVVH takes excellent care of our little Cavapoo. We've been going there since he was a puppy and they've helped us get through many different issues with amazing care and responsiveness. We feel very comfortable knowing that our dog is in great hands with all of the doctors and staff at OVVH.”

“Dr. Clifton is an amazing vet and all of the technicians are wonderful people! The whole team has taken such great care of my dogs over the years. They helped me through a difficult time when one of my dogs passed away and showed genuine compassion. They truly care about both the pets and pet parents.* Also, they recently remodeled and it looks great!”

“I have never written a review before but I need to write one for Dr. Pugh, who had to treat our pup urgently overnight. Immediately, she calmed us and made us feel at ease. She clearly and frequently communicated with us while we waited for the pup to be assessed and treated. The entire staff was so kind and efficient and we are forever grateful.”

“I am not one to typically write reviews, but I do want to take the time to share my cat’s and my experience with the Animal Dental Clinic in Vienna, VA. From start to finish - arranging the appointment, coming in for a consult, major dental surgery (extraction of all teeth, which my referring veterinarian indicated would not be a surprise), the dental procedure itself, the follow-up, and the many communications and phone calls - Dr Hall and the staff have demonstrated both professionalism and expertise but have also been warm and compassionate, have invited and encouraged questions, have responded in a timely manner to my many phone calls, have extended walk-in hours for me to bring him in for extra follow-up visits … I could go on and on.I will say that the days following the surgery were tough. Of course they were – can you imagine waking up with no teeth? It took a lot of coaxing and trying many different things (with the help and advice of Dr. Hall and staff) to get him interested in food … but now, just 2 weeks post-op, he’s healing well, eating, and back to his playful self. I know I’m anthropomorphizing, but I think he’ll soon forget he ever had teeth! And he’s no longer in pain with dental disease. Thanks so much, Dr. Hall and staff, for the good work you do with our beloved furry companions.”

“We recently had to put down our beloved dog and the staff was extremely accommodating, sympathetic and professional during this difficult time. Our family could not have asked for any better treatment and are thankful for how the staff helped guide us through this difficult transition. Highly recommended.”
