I have been a customer for 3 years and I renew my contract with World Bank Card Services. Even when I call their customer support they visit my store immediately , their rates are very competitive also I would like to work with them forever.

World Bankcard is my third processing company and my last. Their service has been excellent and they have lived up to their rate guarantee for over 5 years. I was skeptical about the rate guarantee because it was lower than previous rates but so far so good!

I have been a customer for 4 years and have not experienced anything negative with World Bankcard Services. Their customer support is excellent, their rates are very competitive, and they have never raised my rates.
