“If you’re looking for trinket dishes, small vases, unique artwork, and more, this is the shop for you! The shop is set up so that various small businesses have a shelf or a corner for their stuff, so there is good variety. The store is a great size for perusing and not feeling overwhelmed. Everything is very reasonably priced too. I got a vintage mug, original drawing + frame, and a set of holiday stamps for $70. I sometimes find that staff at antique stores can be rude or hover over you, but the ladies here were very kind. I will definitely be back :)”

“My puppy chewed a hole in a Pottery Barn wool rug. They repaired it and you’d never be able to find where it was damaged. They also cleaned it and it is bright and like new again.”
“I love this cute and quirky little shop hidden away in Hollin Hall. I go most Saturday mornings because the owner changes the inventory almost every week. I have found so many things I never expected to find there and I always enjoy learning from the owner about their history and uses. The prices are very reasonable and the owner encourages browsing and requests for items.”
“Lovely store with a lot of great gifts! I live locally and stopped in today for the first time. I made a purchase and contemplated going back to the register to buy another item I saw as I was leaving the store. I opted not to due to the customer service I received at check out. The staff member was less than friendly and I felt like my transaction was an inconvenience. I would love to return in the future and experience a more welcoming atmosphere.”

“Chatrees repaired a plate for my wife and they did a perfect repair. The plate came from my wife's great grandmother who came to America as an orphan so it was very special for her. I highly recommend Chatrees.”

“This is one of the few flea markets left in DC that sells antiques, vintage and one of a kind items. I love artisan wares and they can be found more at Eastern Market but this market feels more like going to garage sales. Make sure you go down the alley and around the back of the school for more vendors”
“lovely place! i could spend hours and hours browsing the different beautiful items there; the jewelry, silverware, tea sets and art work all take you on tiny individual wonderful journeys. The sweet ladies working there are very informative and have so much knowledge about the pieces and will always indulge any questions regarding them. I have purchased my favorite pendant from there, and i am definitely going back for more.”

“I love this place! They’ve been the premier NOVA coin dealer for over 30 years with a great staff of experts who are professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and more than fair. I’ve been to many coin shops across the U.S., I’ve yet to see anything close to as comparable to Cameo Coins impressive coin selection. I’ve also sold gold and silver to them and got the best price possible, much more than the “we buy gold” charlatan shops. Check them out, you’d be doing yourself a huge disservice if not. Hours of operation are: Mon-Sat 10am-3pm.”

“We've been to this merchant a few times. I have a differentability (thank you to my little great niece for changing my perspective ?) and I some times require an aide for walking.My husband and I found some beautiful hand carved canes here and at very reasonable prices. We receive constant compliments going through the airport home and even more when I use them as a walking aide.Purchased hand made leather shoes from here and my son was elated with his gift ?.The staff is always very friendly and you can meet some very interesting people here as well. The store has two levels so don't miss going upstairs. There is definitely a lot to see ? so plan on spending some time to find your treasure.With all that said a little more organization would be nice so you can better see the selection and they have cats all over the place which I was not a fan of. However, my family and I visit here pretty much every time we're in the area and we look forward to viewing their new offerings.Check them out! Hopefully you'll find something interesting of your own in your visit.”
