The bank manager was extremely unhelpful. Didn’t do anything besides call the same customer service line that I could call from home and then tell me he couldn’t do anything else. Had no interest in helping me, just wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible.

Been sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes behind 2 customers. Finally got to window, with a huge line behind me watching all of the 3 tellers chit chat with a customer. Zero concept of customer service nor any sense of urgency.
