“Great experience with Eddie, the owner of Val Collision Center in Falls Church. He did an excellent job detailing my car, and the price was very reasonable. Eddie was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!”
“The gal who works the front desk is their biggest asset. She was attentive, super helpful, and got up out of her seat, walked outside and helped me find my car. Whatever you have to do- keep her. I liked the updates via text, thought that overall repair work was good, and I loved, loved, loved the they washed my car (even my mats!!!). I'll be back for all of my repair work.”
“I had a great experience with Bailey’s Crossroads Auto Body during what was a very stressful time dealing with damage to my vehicle. Kevin and Jim were incredibly resourceful, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process.
They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided me with helpful resources and information, and were always available whenever I had follow-up questions. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.
Thank you, Kevin and Jim, for the outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate everything you did and would highly recommend Bailey’s Crossroads Auto Body!”
“This shop is excellent. They do honest affordable work, Juan and his team are awesome. I am glad that I ran into him at Autozone without him, I’ll be miserable because other mechanic shops charge way too much. He also has an affordable Body Shop. The other people that speak bad about him they are other mechanics in the area, putting him one star on his business because they are haters! He is better than all other mechanics. I will recommend him to everybody!”
“Aftab is very negotiable. This place has 0% financing. I came here to buy a used car and was very pleased with the efficiency. I also came here after I got a scratch on my side door and was very pleased with the quality and affordable pricing. I would definitely recommend this place over a lot of the bigger names in the area.”
“They offer reasonable prices and quick service. I dropped off the car and it was done the next day. Granted it was a small job. He fixed and painted my bumper. It doesn't look good as new, but better than before. If you're expecting perfection then go somewhere else. If you want affordability and a good job then Oscar's is the way to go.”
“Always fast and reliable service. My wife and I take both our vehicles here and always get seen quickly and the pricing is great. Much better than going to the dealership.”
“If you're looking for efficiency, this is the place. My car was back on the road the same day I brought it in. The team was very straightforward about the work needed and offered different solutions, including repair and replacement options, so I could make the best decision for my budget. Great communication throughout.”
“It's good to know such a quality body shop is here local. Great job, and great and fast service. They kept me well informed and had my car back in a few days. Solid 5 stars all day!”
“Fantastic experience with this body shop. They did an excellent job walking me through the entire process and kept me consistently updated on progress and timing. They even finished earlier than expected, and the quality of the work was flawless. Highly recommend!”

“They did an excellent job repairing body damage on my car. I got quotes as high as $13k, but they were able to get the job done for less than $2k. This will be my new go to.”
