“We are so delighted with our experience recently at Bailey's Crossroad Auto Body and this is not our first time having our cars repaired there. We have been living locally since 1975 and have been Geico insured for many years so over the years even as careful as we are driving, accidents happen such as a fender bender or even sometimes a more severe one. “This is by far the best auto body/ collision shop I have worked with. The entire experience was seamless and very easy to handle. In most cases you usually have to scrutinize estimates since insurance wants the repairs done at the cheapest price point to save their money and most shops are just interested in making a quick buck. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE, the team from caliber was extremely professional and made sure everything that needed repair or replacement was done properly and according to the way it should be done for once it felt like the repair shop was on my side and worked to make sure my car was restored to prefect working condition. No corners were cut! I work on cars as a Hobby and I am very critical of work done to my car, i couldn’t find a single flaw and my car came back to me in better condition than it was prior to the insurance claim. There was a slight delay due to supply chain issues from parts suppliers but that was no fault of the caliber team. They even went above and beyond by working past closing hours to make sure my car was ready as soon as possible. Huge shout out to Kevin who was staying late on multiple occasions to re assembler the car. And another huge shout out to David the estimator who was extremely professional and was super easy to work with. “I would never have found Oscar if my mechanic hadn't told me about him. He has no website, and his shop is set way back from the street so you'd never know it was there unless you were looking for it. It really did feel like visiting some kind of shady, back-alley operation when I first stopped by for an estimate, but it all turned out great. After someone hit my car and damaged the front end, I got 3 estimates and Oscar's was almost 60% lower than the others due to his much lower labor rate. The person who hit my car didn't want to go through insurance, so it was very helpful to find someone who could do the work at a fraction of the cost. My car is 24 years old, so I just needed it fixed rather than looking new again but Oscar did a great job and he did it very quickly. Dropped the car off on Monday evening and had it back Wednesday morning. If you have an older vehicle or just need a solid repair, don't make an appointment anywhere else without visiting Oscar first.”

“I had an incident where someone backed into my parked car (my BRAND NEW CAR OF COURSE) & left a note for me to come back to. Thankfully he left his Geico insurance. The Geico agent called me and gave me a list of shops they work with. I chose Bailey's Crossroads Autobody for the convenience in proximity to our home. My husband & I dropped my car off on 3/10/2022 & was greeted by 2 very pleasant people. They were efficient & thorough. They had a rental car set up for me, and had it waiting for me when we got there. They said someone would call me tomorrow with an update. The very next day they called me to let me know that the damage was a little more extensive & it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. They went above & beyond to extend my rental car for the 2 weeks so I didn't have to call Enterprise. Low & behold, they called me on 03/17/2022 & the pleasant man from up front said "You want your car!?" Super friendly & kind. I was so pleased to get my car a week early! My husband picked up the car & dropped my rental car off in a seamless exchange. My car looks AMAZING. They did a brilliant job & their customer service is top notch. I would definitely do business with them again although I sincerely hope I don't have to. I recommend them to everybody. Excellent customer service & super efficient. I loved that they kept me updated the entire time & made what would have been a nerve wracking experience so simple.”

“Very helpful gentleman At the desk who called me back when he missed my initial call. He was able to write me out an estimate in about 30 minutes. To have it verbal was free but to have it in writing did cost $50. This is the 3rd place I've gone to and I think based on my conversation I will have the work done by him Because he gave the best detail and the best price and the shortest turnaround time.”

They did a great job in just a couple days - the repaired portions of the car now looks better than the rest of the car from usual wear and tear - and they were very helpful and friendly.
