“Fairfax Auto Repair has exceeded my expectations. I had to drive out of state for a family emergency, and I was concerned about a timing belt that was cracked but still functional. I called Fairfax Auto the day before I had to leave to replace the belt so that I wouldn't be stuck on the highway if it broke. Fairfax Auto ordered the belt that morning and called me when it arrived. They replaced the belt while I waited, and I was able to drive 500 miles in a day without worrying about my car. I will only use Fairfax Auto Repair for my car repairs. I trust them completely. They do great work and are reasonably priced. They are close to where I live. Great place and great work.”

“Great experience at Farrish Auto Body Fairfax. Our vehicle was damaged in a recent snow/ice/“snowcrete” storm when snow and ice fell off of a store roof onto the windshield and hood of our van. The folks at Farrish communicated well with us and kept us updated using phone calls, texts, and emails. They worked closely with our insurance company and the repairs were completed ahead of the projected repair time. The work was outstanding and the paint, trim, and other parts matched our vehicle perfectly. Our van is working great. There is one follow-up item to be done as the part wasn’t in when we picked up our vehicle, but the folks at Farrish already coordinated our appointment.”

“I’ve been a customer at the No. VA Auto Body for a long time and was always satisfied with the service and the repairs on all my vehicles. I recently had some bodily damage on my car due to a car accident. I was able to get a quick estimate with a technician who walked around the vehicle and explained what would need to be done. I was able to meet with an agent for my rental car and was able to drop off the car right at the shop as I picked up my car which was very convenient. They now have a website which allows me to check the status of repair which I thought was very nice and assuring. The repair took faster than I expected and everything looked great! “I recently had the pleasure of having our family 2001 Ford Mustang repainted by Ti’s Auto. As you can tell by the vehicle year we are one year away from being considered an antique vehicle here in Virginia. As such, the paint was showing serious wear after being parked in the elements for the past quarter century. Our family located Ti on line and dropped the car off for an estimate. Having checked with 6 other car painters in the area Ti’s Auto had the most detailed estimate and fair price of all of them. Upon completion the car was like brand new and there were no “hidden” costs or price gouging at time of settlement. My family and I could not be more happy with the professionalism and work completed by Ti and his team. One last mention, the car was completed in the time he promised to have complete. “Great place when you need major work (think 100,000 mile maintenance). Had my front suspension replaced on my 2010 Subaru Outback, as well as my water pump and timing belt. Also had my air conditioning repaired. Autobahn did an excellent job on all services and gave me a very fair price, and high value for it. For major work like mine, I suggest communicating by email so there are no questions... yours or theirs.”

“I took my car in for a repair that didn’t look too bad just looking at it! My neighbor backed into my car and luckily, it was the passenger front area above the tire, no tire damage!
I thought the mobile dent places would be all I needed. I got 4 quotes and they were as much as when I took it to Auto Body World. I liked Josh and Daniel and felt good about their estimate, work, etc.
I went there for an estimate, I liked them, my neighbor was fine with the estimate because she was paying for it!
I picked my car up this afternoon and they did a beautiful job! You can’t even tell it’s repaired and my paint is a metallic finish! It looks beautiful and they were quicker than they thought too! Josh was finishing washing my car! Nice touch!

“I took my 2023 Toyota Highlander to CARSTAR metro Collision of Fairfax after I collided with another vehicle and damaged a side view mirror. The interior parts of the mirror were dangling from the housing, so it looked like the entire mirror would have to be replaced at a cost of about $1900. I was prepared to pay this amount, but Alex said he would first try to reassemble the dangling parts. This he did, working through a small opening in the bottom of the housing in what seemed akin to brain surgery. I was, of course, amazed at the quick fix, but I was absolutely astounded at the price: no charge, $0, Nada! Alex said maintaining good customer relationships was worth more than the fee he could have charged. He was right because I will certainly return to CARSTAR Metro Collision of Fairfax the next time I need body work on my vehicle.”

“I had my Audi Q4 eTron windshield replaced recently, and they did a great job! Because of all the tech involved with this car and glass, I had to drop my car off at their location instead of them coming to me, which was fine. During the process, they contacted me with information regarding my car: it was not calibrating properly and giving them error codes. Despite their repeated attempts, it would not calibrate, but they had a solution: I picked up my car a couple hours later and drove it with some of the sensor features disabled, but returned a week later for them to replace the windshield again. This time, it calibrated and I was quickly back on the road with my new-new windshield and my car's safety features all in working order. The technician was communicative, professional, and friendly, and the desk staff was very personable. We also had our Honda Pilot's windshield replaced a couple months prior (it was not a great summer for our windshields!) and they did a great job then as well!”
