The work was done in budget and in a expected amount of time using certified parts. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. “This is THE auto body shop to use in the DMV. Ti provided an estimate for fixing some damage on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 that was very fair and reasonable. He ordered the parts and contacted me promptly when they arrived within 2 days. I dropped off my vehicle and let him know what day I needed it to be ready so I could leave for a planned trip as scheduled. It was ready on time and looked brand new! The work was excellent and he even applied a discount. I totally recommend this business and will return for all my car issues.”

Someone else commented that this may be an insurance claim only business. In my mind, if that's true, it's a good thing, because I didn't have to worry at all about insurance details. “I never write reviews, but I have to with this one because I’m truly happy with the service. Hands down the best place to get your car fixed. My Jeep was involved in a hit and run and the rear end was crushed and I also had a flat tire. My insurance gave me options of which collision place to take my vehicle and I chose Caliber Collision. They were very attentive to every question I had, and would consult with me and keep me on the loop about the progress with my vehicle. I was able to get my car back within 2.5 weeks and it looks brand new like it’s never been in an accident. Andrea, the employee was super nice and was able to provide me with answers to every question I had. I can’t say anything bad because they were just excellent. 10/10”

“I was very pleased with the body work completed by Mr. Kim on my wife's Lexus RX-350 SUV. The front bumper was damaged while backing the vehicle out of the garage. Mr. Kim buffed out a small area next to the left side of the bumper at no charge. Pope's Auto Body cost estimate was very reasonable compared to nearby competitors and the turnaround time was excellent. Highly recommend this business.”

“My car needed new paint after 23 years. Not just new paint but repair of many, many little things. Dominion Auto Body did a very fine job. Sadly, no good "before" picture, but here is "after". Their price was not the lowest bid, but I went with a mix of price and solid recommendations and am pleased with the result. I see some low reviews on the U-Haul service and want to note that I've rented U-Hauls here twice with no issues. They even warned me that there were cheaper places to buy certain moving supplies than from them. The bad reviews center on the U-Haul website having inaccurate information; that is not necessarily the fault of Dominion.Services: Painting”

Caleb Spangler, the Assistant Manager, was awesome right from the gecko.
