Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my carβs a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes β they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Serviceβs quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issuesβ

βRockstar service, this is my new go-to shop. My window motor/switch had been acting funny, so Iβd already planned to replace both, bust sure enough, it went kaput the day before a big rainstorm while the window was down 4β. Having just moved to the area, I wasnβt familiar with any of the auto shops so I picked the nearest one. I came in about 30 min before close so they had every right to turn me away, but instead they were willing to fix it for me and charge a very fair price (no markup for last minute / emergency service). The reason Iβm writing this review is because of Antonio and his crew. It reminds me of going back to a great burger place or any business where you had an amazing experience years ago, and when you return, you still see the same people there β happy, smiling, and enjoying what they do.
While they were working on my vehicle and performing my tire rotation, I looked through the window and saw the team smiling, laughing, and working together. That gave me a lot of confidence because you can tell when people truly care about their work and take pride in what they do.
Antonio and his crew were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Itβs not just about getting your car serviced; itβs about the experience and knowing your vehicle is in the hands of people who care.

βMy tire was going flat and it was totally dark in the pouring rain. They were closed and he still took my car in anyways and patched the tire and had me back on the road in no time. Itβs clear they take extreme pride in their craft and are good people to boot.β

βAfter a few emails back n fourth about what kind of performance I was looking for out of my 335d decided to go with the 2.5 LP. Tim gave me all the information about each turbo and each setup. He gave me his advice and opinion and that's what I went with. Complete professionalism from start to finish. Had several questions about a few setup things and Tim answered each email immediately and even on the wknd. Super quick turn around on the turbo as well. The quality of the turbo is amazing. Top quality. Performance is unmatched.. ??.. With Tim's 2.5 and a Santjir tune it completely transformed my car. Best in the business and 100% best turbo, best service, best customer service, best tech support I've experienced to date. Tim is a professional through n through, I'll never buy from anyone else.. βI brought my BMW to the shop for them to check my batteries. They informed me that one battery was dead and that they needed to replace it. The battery in question is approximately six months old. I did a little research and identified that my BMW might have a parasitic draw. When I spoke to the mechanics about this they were very accepting of my suggestion and said they would do some further testing. They did identify a draw and where it was coming from. Sadly, I had to pay for that item to be replaced, but now I expect my vehicle to run without any issues, with a new battery and a new water pump.
The staff kept me up-to-date on everything, and I really appreciated their ability to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. Not to mention, they were able to provide me with a loaner, which definitely helped out on any rental fees.
Recently, my girlfriend went on a trip and asked me to have her tires checked. I took her BMW to the shop and they identified a puncture and excessive treadwear. They changed the tires and got the vehicle back to her within one day.
The shop and the staff are top-notch. If you want good work done, at a good price, and if you like that mechanics are open to listening to any suggestions you might have, and act on them, then this is the one stop automotive shop for you.

βExcellent service and great staff; had oil changed several weeks ago, then shortly after, all my windows stopped working, and couldn't get them to roll up. They got me in immediately and quickly diagnosed it and went from there . They explained the process clearly, offered a fair price, had it fixed by the afternoon. The mechanic even took the extra mile to pick me up from my job with my 2 kids as soon as my car was ready so I could drive my car home safely. ?β
βIt's really hard to find honest mechanics these days and Mr. and Mrs. Du/Tu are amongst them. My family has been going to them for years and have nothing but good words to say. It's really nice having an honest mechanic who won't have you do unnecessary, expensive operations on your car. They do get busy, so I'd recommend giving them a call before you bring your car in.
