“I would highly recommend anyone looking for work on their car to look at getting help at Auto Clinic. After being told by a dealer mechanic that my car's power troubles were due to a shot transmission that needed replacement, I searched around to DMV area for quotes and chose to go with Auto Clinic due to their competitive pricing. The team at Auto Clinic was quick and responsive, reliably communicated throughout the process, and were able to replace both the transmission and a catalytic converter that were found to be the source of the problem. The car runs well and like it did before all the power trouble thanks to their work”
“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the Jiffy Lube located at 6220 Wilson Blvd in Falls Church.
The reason I’m writing this review is because of Antonio and his crew. It reminds me of going back to a great burger place or any business where you had an amazing experience years ago, and when you return, you still see the same people there — happy, smiling, and enjoying what they do.
While they were working on my vehicle and performing my tire rotation, I looked through the window and saw the team smiling, laughing, and working together. That gave me a lot of confidence because you can tell when people truly care about their work and take pride in what they do.
Antonio and his crew were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. It’s not just about getting your car serviced; it’s about the experience and knowing your vehicle is in the hands of people who care.

“My whole family went to Herb's almost exclusively for 20+ years. We've brought him and his guys 6 different cars with all kinds of issues over the years and they do a great job every time. The prices are good, everyone is knowledgeable, and they don't pressure you to buy stuff you don't need. I'm the last one to move out of NOVA in my family, having to leave Herb's has been a loss for all of us. I can't recommend this place enough.”

“It's really hard to find honest mechanics these days and Mr. and Mrs. Du/Tu are amongst them. My family has been going to them for years and have nothing but good words to say. It's really nice having an honest mechanic who won't have you do unnecessary, expensive operations on your car. They do get busy, so I'd recommend giving them a call before you bring your car in.

“The gal who works the front desk is their biggest asset. She was attentive, super helpful, and got up out of her seat, walked outside and helped me find my car. Whatever you have to do- keep her. I liked the updates via text, thought that overall repair work was good, and I loved, loved, loved the they washed my car (even my mats!!!). I'll be back for all of my repair work.”
“I brought my BMW to the shop for them to check my batteries. They informed me that one battery was dead and that they needed to replace it. The battery in question is approximately six months old. I did a little research and identified that my BMW might have a parasitic draw. When I spoke to the mechanics about this they were very accepting of my suggestion and said they would do some further testing. They did identify a draw and where it was coming from. Sadly, I had to pay for that item to be replaced, but now I expect my vehicle to run without any issues, with a new battery and a new water pump.
The staff kept me up-to-date on everything, and I really appreciated their ability to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. Not to mention, they were able to provide me with a loaner, which definitely helped out on any rental fees.
Recently, my girlfriend went on a trip and asked me to have her tires checked. I took her BMW to the shop and they identified a puncture and excessive treadwear. They changed the tires and got the vehicle back to her within one day.
The shop and the staff are top-notch. If you want good work done, at a good price, and if you like that mechanics are open to listening to any suggestions you might have, and act on them, then this is the one stop automotive shop for you.

“So glad I found this place! The service station I had been using for inspections for the past 20 years closed and I happened to be in the neighborhood of this place. They were very accommodating and told me it would be about 90 minutes (end of the month and I was a walk in at like 10am). They told me that there was a Starbucks I could wait at, if I wanted to (note: there's also lots of other places nearby). I went over there and not even 40 minutes later, a nice man came in and told me my car was ready (I had forgotten to leave my phone number). What great service is that?? They sent someone over to get me! The gentleman I spoke to at the front desk was very nice and friendly - and I'll be bringing all my cars there in the future.”

Plus they will send a LYFT to pick you up. Take you home and pick you back up when the car is finished!! Great customer service all around. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”
