“My go-to. Look at all these 5-star reviews - normally that would be sus but Top Japanese Auto is the real deal. Their prices are low too. One time he quoted a price range over the phone for installing a specific item, and the final price actually was the minimum of that range. Imagine that, an estimate range that actually comes out slightly high. Another time, someone dented our bumper and all he did was kick it and the big dent popped inside out and looked good as new. I mean he could have easily said we needed a new bumper and we wouldn't have known any better. Also not bad with scheduling and being able to squeeze you in when possible. Two thumbs up!”

I called around 1:20 on a Saturday (this was the 4th place I had called in the area), and they were able to take me right away. What’s even better is that my car was ready within the hour! “Went in around 5:45pm with a sidewall puncture. They didn’t offer to patch it (because you can’t—had another place offer that and it’s a total scam to do it! I loved that they were honest with me here). He couldn’t fit me in today but didn’t want my tire to declare overnight and damage the rim. He sent me to another place down the road just to be sure I could get it done. Loved the reviews and I’ll definitely be back!”

“I have been a customer for over 6 years. Do you know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic? Well, I found them there. I have 7 cars and all are going there. My coaches are driving company cars and they get serviced at the shop. If something needs to be done to get the cars running perfect, it will be done quickly and honestly. Most of the time I get a call from Charles: "It is less than I thought by about $150." Nice call to get!!! I would not recommend anyone else but them. I live in Fairfax near Chantilly and use them! “We are so delighted with our experience recently at Bailey's Crossroad Auto Body and this is not our first time having our cars repaired there. We have been living locally since 1975 and have been Geico insured for many years so over the years even as careful as we are driving, accidents happen such as a fender bender or even sometimes a more severe one. Every time an accident happens we always chose this Geico collision center first to have our car assessed. Then we always chose Bailey Crossroad Auto Body to repair our cars. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body also makes arrangement to have a rental car for us. Just to make it clear, all 3 can be done in one place here. How convenient is that.
