I have been going to the CVS pharmacy for years the employees are always consistent they're always helpful the store is always clean the only issue for me are the hours of the pharmacy but I love going to the CVS is convenient it's in the shopping center with grocery stores and a bank gas station

This is my to go CVS and it’s time to leave a review. The pharmacy department absolutely spectacular with efficiency, customer service and professionalism. However the rest of the store is absolutely a mess. The employees and managers very rude, disrespectful and tremendously unprofessional.

My whole familly go to this location to get their meds from the pharmacy, this lady name ANN is so rude and she always get an attitude, people who go their with illness should be treated with respect.
It s time to switch to another pharmacy.

I had an amazing experience at CVS thanks to Kabita! I came in needing a very specific passport photo size for a foreign passport, and she went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and extremely professional. Even though CVS usually does standard U.S. passport photos, Kabita made sure everything looked perfect and helped me get exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail and customer service truly made my day. Thank you, Kabita—you’re a gem!

Had a cashier named Roger, tell me I owed him money, then he waved his finger at an imaginary no one next to him.I have never met this guy before in my life. Had an online pickup order, it took him 10 minutes to find it right in front of him. Creepy man, never coming to this location again

I Return a Blood Pressure Monitor, for some reason the one I get is too tight to my arm, when I asked a refund the cashier Victoria was not professional with me. She said to me that I have to ask before to buy it. Those people don’t said hello to you when you came in to this store.

I have encountered excellent professionalism from the staff at CVS pharmacy. The employees are efficient, courteous, and organized when assisting customers. Even during busy periods, they provide quick service while juggling multiple tasks. I am very pleased with their work and would give them a five-star rating. I appreciate all the effort they put in for us.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Pharmacist and pharmacy staff were rude and expected me to wait over 3 hours for a simple prescription. The pharmacy staff made an effort to be inconvenient and encouraged customers to go to other pharmacies. Never coming back. This is why CVS is shuttering stores.

Very disappointing. This location is supposed to offer secure disposal of unused medications. When I asked where the secure box was, the staff person just looked at me and said "it's full" -- no further info about when it might not be full?? There are too many other CVS locations to bother with this one.

Years later still same issue with pharmacy
Someone really needs to hire some new pharmacy staff. They are always overwhelmed, and I feel so bad for them. I constantly have to wait in line for 15 even 35 minutes and it's so stupid considering I have just had back procedures and all of these things and they say the prescription will be ready in 30 minutes: Yet an hour and 15 minutes later, they askyou to go sit down because they are just too damn busy
The staff is very friendly and they do an awesome job remembering me. But, unfortunately that is irrelevant when providing a service such as prescription management in a timely manner and promised by the COMPUTER

Please stay away from this location. Seriously, out of all the CVS stores I've been to, this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST. On Saturday May 18th, 2024 around 10:30pm, I walked into the store because their website indicated that their photo booth is open 24/7, and I needed a passport photo to be taken under the time constraint. Without even listening to me what I wanted, the male staff member and the female manager were SO RUDE to me while I was standing in line to be assisted, and told me that the photo kiosk closed at 9pm, and they "locked the machines" after that. I calmly told them that their official website says 24/7, and they started yelling at me that they were assisting another customer. But I didn't tell them to drop everything and assist me right now, like what the actual heck?! The female manager who speaks Spanish then turned to her customer who also speaks Spanish and were talking in Spanish behind my back and complained about me, which I heard and understood. The paying customer then even turned to me and said "the pharmacy closes at 9, you should just come back tomorrow", like what?! So rude and unprofessional.
The female manager then finally sent the male staff to ask me what I wanted for a photo. I told him that it could be easily done -- they just needed to pull down the white background wall, use their camera to take a photo, then send it to the Kodak kiosk for it to be resized and sent to my email. He then changed his verdict by saying that "the machines were open in case customers want to print out their own photos, but the photo center closes at 9". I asked about the charges for the photos, and he talked over me and thought that I was challenging his words, while I was just trying to figure out what the price point was. He was so confusing, condescending, and just plain disrespectful.
In the end, I paid at the self checkout, and somehow he threw away the verification code that the system printed out, which was needed for me to digitally download the photo. Thankfully I already have access to it via email, but when I asked "what did you just throw away in the trash?", he responded with "Do you need anything else? If not, it's done, you should leave now". When I asked for a receipt, he somehow tore off a receipt from another customer's transaction from earlier that night to give to me. What the hell?!?!
They're supposed to be helping customers. I had stepped into the store thinking that it'd be a quick errand. Instead, I spent 20 minutes there, rationalizing with them and left feeling furious. What in the bizarro world is this? What is wrong with them?! I feel like they hate people and try to do less than the bare minimum to push people away. Just take a look at ALL these bad reviews; these descriptions absolutely ring true to my own experience. I attach the receipt he tore off from an irrelevant transaction that night as an evidence. If anyone is considering coming to this store, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I'm never stepping into this store again.
