STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Extremely poor service for vaccines and shots! Waited for 30 minutes and no one bothered to give me vaccine even after checking multiple times from the pharmacist.

the pharmacy is always understaffed, you can expect to wait in a 4+ person line without fail. You’ll be stuck waiting easily over 20 minutes for your prescription.

CVS pharmacy 8124 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042, with a very very RUDE staff. Their working hours is totally different from what google shows, you can go any time, thy will simply tell you that, they are closed for lunch,dinner.., if you need getting your medications , I highly recommand thay you work with another pharmacy, but not that one.

It is so weird that this place has such bad reviews. I’ve had some gnarly CVS experiences, but I called this one in advance to see if they had my prescription in stock and the person who answered was lovely. When I arrived, they were really helpful, fast, and nice. Best CVS I’ve been to. Other than the good service, the store is pretty big & well stocked too.

This pharmacy gave me someone else’s prescription. I didn’t notice until a few days later because the medication was correct but I’m stunned I would receive a random person’s medication. The pharmacy was not even busy that day. That’s really, really bad.ADDITIONALLY, I tried to get an important medication post-surgery that needed to be taken by a specific time but when I went to pick it up, the pharmacy didn’t have it and claimed to have texted me the day before. I never received such a text and I regularly receive CVS updates. I understand medication can be hard to obtain at times but do not claim to have communicated with customers when you haven’t. I would’ve had ample time to find a back up plan but lost essential time because of their lack of communication.

Disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacy staff. I arrived at 8:05 to pick up allergy medicine. I understand that you guys close at 8, but you did not have to enjoy telling me that the computers are locked and then tell me to go to different location, it’s 5 minutes. You guys are supposed to help people, not relish in their discomfort.Edit: I am now just reading some of the other reviews, I am not surprised.

This pharmacy does not worst for a star. ??? ?? This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I received a texted from the pharmacy and stated it is ready to pickup. When I got there I was told no prescription for you. I am not happy with them. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this CVS pharmacy.

Pharmacy was fantastic when I needed medication and my dr called in wrong one. They spoke to him to get my pain meds that I needed.

I would like to express that this is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I have witnessed the pharmacy staff yelling at each other and customers. Very disrespectful unprofessional behavior the staff members display. I can say there is one young lady out of the others that is fine and helpful I wish I knew her name. My suggestion is to throw the whole damn pharmacy in the trash and rehire people who actually want to be there and work. I did stress my frustration to the store manager because the pharmacy manager was not there.After I posted my review I noticed almost every review before mine expressed the same frustration.When a football team isn’t winning, what happens? They fire the coach. Well CVS, it’s time you do the same, Terminate The Manager and his staff!!!

Really frustrating. I brought in a disposable camera for development and the sign said 7 days. I show up after 7 days and the guy tells me it takes 1-2 months!! The signage is misleading and the employees are not helpful. I’m really disappointed in CVS’ customer service and this whole experience.Update: I contacted CVS customer service online and they told me it’s 7 business days. I was able to pick it up later. CVS customer service email team was great, would love to see that information to be distributed at the store level.

Tried to dispose of prescribed narcotics responsibly by dropping them off here as it says to do online on various government websites and they refused to take them from us because the bin “is full”. Extremely disrespectful and dangerous to people who could potentially be dealing with an addiction. Pharmacy staff should suffer serious consequences by perpetuating the serious addiction issues that this country is facing.

It doesn’t matter when your prescription is called in. It ALWAYS is not ready, and will be ready in “15-20 minutes” (really more like 45). Be prepared to wait and be frustrated.

Called this CVS multiple times, and they would pick up and hang up right away. Was needing to get a prescription filled for the next day pick up...rude.

Just Disgusting CVS,I have so many problems. CVS, why do you hire people who don't even have patience to take photos of babies?! Let me tell you this story. We had to take pictures. We went to the CVS on 8124 Arlington Blvd, and they did not have the white background to put the baby on the floor. The man who works there did not even have the patience to take the photo. The staff is very rude and liars. He said, "Take a picture at home, then come print it here." Then tell me, why am I here?! Then we decided to go to the CVS on 134 West Broad Street. The person who helped us there, named Franklin, did take the pictures. But she did not even have patience. She acted very rude to us. But I know SHE KNOWS it takes a long time to take pictures for a 4 month baby. She wanted to do it fast and get rid of us, the audacity. Horrible, I don't recommend CVS for photos to ANYONE.
