I've had 2 Audi's now that I've taken here. The communication was on point from both the front desk to service, albeit slow at times, but I attribute that to the amount of work that they have...which is indicative of the high quality of work they bring.

This was just an oil change and tire rotation, but it was done quickly and well, and i did receive updates on progress throughout the day. It was not an inexpensive oil change, but it's reassuring knowing the expertise of Eurowerks' mechanics.
