“It's entirely too big in a good way but as with most home depot locations the staff is next too useless. Look, I don't expect you to know a lot but know which isle products are on. Won't hold it personally against home depot. Otherwise employees are friendly and diverse and that's a plus in my book. Beats going to Lowe's, that's for sure.”

“Wow! I am just so pleased with my store experience today. A little cutie patootie named Max helped me out so much today! I came into the store today in search of soil for my gardening pots but I needed help as I did not know which I needed for my pots. I went up to a young man named max who seemed to be seemed to be busy but dropped everything and started helping. He was a huuuuuge help. He taught me all of the nooks and crannies of soil and showed me everything I needed to know and which to buy. Also at checkout he was being a great helper as I was having trouble with my coupons, these gizmos these days are killing me. But he did what he should and called his manager over who later helped me, it was a life saver. He was such a polite young man too and even carried my bags of soil out to my car. Oh boy do I wish I was young again and could carry my stuff! This boy is a rockstar as most kids his age are too lazy to even do a job. When I was a kid everyone had jobs! 5 stars!!!!”

“This store is a gem. Yes, the prices may be higher than big box stores, but you're paying for convenience and oftentimes, outstanding service. There have been so many times I've gone and someone friendly will stick their head around the corner asking if I need something. It's a smaller store so they focus on good selection of parts and keeping things organized. The plumbing isles at big box stores are often a complete mess. Please try to support local hardware stores.”

“We found Jan Ezzedine of store #4617 Springfield, Va very helpful with our kitchen renovation. Her knowledge of the different products as well as her experience helped us understand the process and the decisions involved. She showed us different countertops and the edges and how much of an overhang was needed. We were happy to learn that Home Depot includes measuring, delivering and home installation in there price. She also helped us understand how current Home Depot promotions could save us money on our project. We recommend jan for kitchen renovation planning.”

“Now under new ownership as Del Ray Hardware, there is slightly more room inside and it's a little easier to find what you are looking for. Staff are very friendly and eager to help and/or strike a conversation. Love that it was able to remain in the neighborhood. And that they are very dog friendly - we picked up a bag of pet safe ice melt and Penny utilizes the water bowl out front frequently. Plus, they have treats inside for any doggos who go shopping.”

“I am so happy I found Albert and his company, Astro Services. I own a spa in Alexandria and we wanted to get in-ceiling speakers in stalled for our music since we have extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. I am SO impressed with the professionalism of Albert and his company. The best companies to work with are the ones where the owners are involved with the day-to-day operations. “My daughter and I love going here. Quaint shop with fabulous specialty home wares. They can special order Linens, bath textiles and my favorite Portuguese table top. I love going here for hostest gifts, nice soaps, handtowels, cocktail napkins, etc. I need to stock up soon with all the holidays fast approaching. We definately prefer to shop here than a mall I can park right at door and it's not a all day event.”

We we’re having trouble placing the order, but she managed to work her magic around the computer and was able to figure it out .I myself come from HR and customer service. I saw that Mrs Rose truly likes her job. “We were shopping for a small poinsettia. The Home Depot in Mosaic sold out of them, but the Circle store had a good selection of different sizes, also found a white orchid with 4 flowering stems. The poinsettia was a good price at $6.99. It took 10 minutes to get in and out of the store. We should shop there more often, instead of going to Mosaic first.”

“Reading the reviews, the ratings are pretty low for the store and I feel conflicted offering my review. Well not really. "If it doesn't apply, let it fly." I live in an apartment and was only in Home Depot to look at house plants. You can jump to that Millennial conclusion all you want but I used to live in a basement and since I love having plants but don't believe in pets. Alas, I found the house plant selection to be extensive and affordable. I wasn't expecting to buy anything but I ended up leaving with a couple for under diez dolares. Paying for the plants was easy, they are still amongst the living and I have no complaints.”

“So so wish I could award half stars! I think this location deserves 3.5 stars.I like that the store advertises the mask mandate and provides hand sanitizer for customers. However, no one really social distances here. Unfortunately that includes employees who are walking close to you with their mask pulled down. Otherwise we had a good experience and found what we needed!”

“Home Depot in Alexandria you have the BEST employees! I've been back and forth to this store for the past few weeks gathering supplies for my remodel. Lillian in the paint department was very helpful in assisting me with my paint colors. She made sure I bought the CORRECT base paint to mix with the colors I picked out for my home. Lawrence (gentleman in the pictures) assisted me EVERY time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I purchased items that needed to be put in my vehicle. And EVERY TIME he serviced with a smile (just look at the pictures). Lawrence is so attentive, respectful and helpful. He made sure the items I purchased were put safely in my vehicle to be transported! THANK YOU LAWRENCE!! “The Lowe's store itself is good, but trying to get a hold of their customer service is extremely difficult. I spent a week trying to confirm a delivery, going back and forth, with corporate and the store. In the end, I went in, got a hold of a manager who helped me solve the logistical issue.”

“I visited this Lowe's today to find a wall-hanging battery organizer storage case--my dad has one--and I was asked about three different times if I needed help finding anything. That was nice. When I attempted to describe what I was looking for, we searched and searched and, alas, no luck. But I can order it from Lowe's online. The clerk/attendant was from another store so we went on a scavenger hunt together! It's a clean store with friendly staff. Oh and what a lovely selection of gardening stuff!”

I came back on two different days and it was just the one person and he was on lunch break one time and the next I had to wait a little bit not too long. They need to train more people how to use this that are on shift”
