“Service was good, the person on the counter, was helpful and polite, Rooms were good, clean and tidy, but they didn't have exhaust fans in the bathroom, When asked at the front desk, they said, they don't have in, any of the rooms, The overall experience was good.”
“It's the best nightly price around the area. As basic as a motel gets, a place to sleep and shower. My only complaint would be that they needed to either deep clean or replace the showerhead.”
“This hotel is located in the perfect spot. No to far from Washington D.C and other cities. Not to far from lots of grocery store or restaurant also! I’m a regular here! And anytime I stay here I get treated very well and are very helpful with anything you need. Very family and work friendly and as well as very quiet. Please give them a try! New management is great!”
“I like to stay in a Hilton when I travel for work but the prices for this last trip were high so I found this Westin. Wow. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. I arrived after midnight and was immediately greeted with such warmth, interest and helpfulness. My room was clean and updated and the elevators super fast. Every day afterwards, I couldn't help but notice how consistently friendly and helpful all staff were. They genuinely seemed to like their jobs. I will definitely stay here again.
The only negative is how hard it is to get out of the hotel on weekday mornings. The light is terrible!”
