Staff at front desk for open hours, constantly checking machines, sweeping and cleaning the floor. Excellent business and will return.
Also, newer clean washers and dryers. Plenty of selection on a Saturday for any size load. Recommend!”
“This place is incredible! The owners are amazing people and really put in the effort to make customers happy. I've had two tiered dresses get altered here and both turned out beautifully, even after some challenging requests I made - they look like they were made that way! I expected getting a two long dresses hemmed to be over highly expensive, but it was reasonably priced for high quality work. I would absolutely take any piece of clothing here in the future.”
“First time there and Vanessa was so pleasant and explained to me to weight my clothes so I knew which size washer and dryer to use. I only spent $7.50 to wash and dry a huge bag of clothes that weighted over 20 lbs. I thought the place was very clean and orderly.”

“Always clean. Machines are well maintained. Convenient drop-off and pick-up. TV on wall. Change machines and ATM. Snack and beverage vending machines. Places to sit. Friendly staff, habla Espanol and English. Reasonable prices. Closed on major holidays. Delivery available but limited. Inquire within for more info. Very helpful.”
“Solid basic laundromat. Has maybe 100 machines so plenty to use even if busy. Always clean and I like the stainless steel machines. Workers there are nice enough even though not all of them speak English. But, I've been to other stores where the staff is just rude. Not too busy on weekdays. Weekends it can get crowded.”

“I like this dry cleaners/alterations place! I work in Ballston and could easily use any dry cleaners there, but I come here because the couple that runs it is friendly and prices are better. They made a small mistake on an order, quickly apologized and are fixing it. A lot better than some other places that have given me a hard time when this sort of thing happens.”
“Song, the seamstress/tailor does such a nice job and is such a kind person, I bring all my things to her. Chegi at the counter is quieter but as I am getting to know her she is very kind as well. I like them both a lot.
The prices are a bit high but they do a good job on cleaning and especially on alterations. The owner can be reserved but just in an old-school way. Shes not mean. I recommend this cleaners and I like the people there.”

“I read some negative reviews but chose to come here due to their ability to take credit cards. I was a bit weary at first but when I got in and got to washing I had ZERO issues. From getting a laundry card to having available machines, I had no wait. There were plenty of places open. I did not wait one minute and I was there on a Sunday. Seemed like it would have been swamped. Also, it should be noted that everything was quite clean and tidy. It felt like a nice family owned place to get my socks and underwear clean…”

“This is a great laundromat if you're visiting or working in the area.
It's clean, friendly, safe, fast, and I can do a good size load of laundry for about $5 in an hour. The parking lot is easy in and out on a major road and there are a couple of places to eat right there too. Grocery store too.”
