“I dropped off some clothes for wash and fold service Thursday afternoon and they were ready Friday! Super quick service and good communication about order updates. I appreciate that they use unscented detergent and dried my items on low heat. Saved me so much time. Will definitely use them again!”

“That was quick and well organized laundry. I paid $32 for 2 suits plus 5 shirts. It was a good price. Staff was helpful and nice. As far as I saw they had lots of laundry they do good business!”

“Recently moved to the area. Bought in a pair of pants for a hole to be repaired. They were fixed as good as new, and I can hardly tell the hole was ever there. Fast and friendly customer service! Highly recommend.Service: Alterations”

“Excellent customer service, nice and attentive people work there. They cleaned my wedding and reception dresses and I received them in "like new" condition. Prices are good too. I recommend this cleaner!”

“Lynn has expertly tailored and repaired countless items for me and just about every member of my family. She’s fixed wedding dresses, tuxedos, perfectly fixed a suit that was comically large AND one that was comically small. Priceless heirloom cathedral length veil with antique lace eaten by a dog? Like nothing ever happened. Lynn could teach a masterclass in tailoring, and to top it all off she is genuinely one of the most kind, thoughtful, caring people I’ve ever met. Her whole family is equally delightful.I’m glad to have met Lynn and look forward to patronizing Eco Cleaners for years to come.”

“This place has gone through some upgrades... they have taken over the store next door and extended the laundromat... there's more washers dryers starting from $4 a wash up to 7.50 a wash, .25c for every five minute drawing. And they have dry clean and alterations and laundry service.”

“4 stars for a solid dry cleaning service.I was looking to get some suits and shirts dry cleaned and wanted to find someone in the northern Arlington area that was quality, well-priced, and fast. I saw that Millie's, located near the intersection of Langston and Glebe, had good reviews and could do next day service, so I gave them a try.I arrived at the location, which has a good deal of parking but is hard to turn into if turning right off Langston, and went inside. An older man engaged me and started to figure out what I want. I am not sure if it was his hearing or a language barrier issue, but it took a solid 10 minutes to explain that I was a new customer, wanted next day dry cleaning, and to take my name and other information. I finally gave him one of my business cards to expedite the process, but we finished up and he told me to come back tomorrow.I came back around 4pm the next day. There were a few people waiting on either dry cleaning or tailor services (which are upstairs and I hear are good). Some of them looked upset. I asked for my clothes with my ticket and the young man whisked away to find my clothes, gave them to the older man, and they checked me out. Approximately $60 for 4 shirts, 4 suits, and some pants was a pretty reasonable next-day deal. Everything was bagged up and in good shape, so I went happily on my way.Overall, Millie's provided me with a good dry cleaning service. There were a few tedious aspects, but overall this is a good spot to get your items dry cleaned.”

“Had a wonderful experience after dropping off a jacket with a zipper issue that I was turned away for in other locations. The zipper was fixed earlier than expected and at a reasonable price. I returned with two pairs of jeans that needed altering and had the same pleasant interaction with the lovely woman who helped me before. This will be my go-to for any cleaning/alterations needs.”

“Oh, how I love Arlington-Lee Dry Cleaners and, for many reasons. Their regular laundry service is always on time and perfecting laundered and pressed.I had an unusual request last week - I wanted towels embroidered with an unusual monogram that I designed. It was so perfectly done that it took my breath away. I have used their monograming/embroidery service a number of times but this time it was REALLY custom. And, they are ALWAYS so nice and welcoming. They have a five-star review for a reason!!!Services: Embroidery”

“Sun is an incredibly talented seamstress. My now husband went to her first to get his suit pants hemmed. She had mentioned that she alters wedding dresses too. When I finally found my wedding dress, (mind you only two months before my big day!) I immediately took it to Sun. She hemmed and added a bustle to my dress, which was ready in just three weeks! I was so impressed by the quality of her work and the quick turn around. She made us look great on our wedding day! Go to Sun for all your tailoring needs!”

“In an area like Washington where image is so important it's always good to look your best. I trust Old Dominion to keep my clothes looking good and they have always risen to the challenge. My clothes are important and I want them to last Old Dominion takes time to review and recommend. I've been surprised to see how nice my shirts look, how new the pants and suits look. No, I don't own a share of their business but I've had enough bad and sad experiences to know great when I see it. They are great”

“When I first arrived to the area, White Pearl's ratings were high and I decided to give the business a go. Their staff is friendly and personable, the work is timely and wonderful and they would ensure that different fabrics may require different needs. Also protective coverings were added to the buttons if they were more elaborate which I very much appreciated. Delicate or ornate were handled with great care! They would take time to ask by what timeframe did you needed items ready. Similar would verbally share if their hours changed or when holiday dates were in effect. I have also had a few items altered with much satisfaction. Prices are decent and I have not been disappointed! I would highly recommend!”

“Reasonably priced, reliable, overall good service. I got alterations back pretty quickly and I wasn't charged extra for having my wedding dress cleaned, even though it took three cleanings to get the bottom restored.”

“Large units, hair salon and pool table rooms inside the laundromat. All that is missing is food/coffee and I'd stay all day! Also a counter for selling various sizes and brands of detergent. As mentioned, it doesn't seem the manager speakes much English but he was hospitable and friendly during my visit. Also, laundry mats are pretty self explanitory. I've never been to one that didn't at least have one large capacity unit. This place has 30, 50 and 60lb units. It was also very clean when I went.”

“I'm used to paying decent money to get dry cleaning. When I moved into the building I needed to dry clean some shirts and conveniently enough there's a dry cleaning right there in my building. I drop off 2 shirts, get the check, and I'm shocked at the price. $5 for 2 shirts? I've never spent so low a price. Plus the dry cleaning is standard norms so clean and wrinkle free. Now I have no excuse to not get every single worn collared shirt dry cleaned. When the buttons on my suit jacket got ripped out I brought it in to get dry cleaned and stitched and price? $10 and the job was decently done! The old lady and man who own the shop are very nice and quiet so always pleasant to visit”

“I love coming here! Maybe because I'm Korean American, the woman who seems like the owner is so friendly and nice. I've never had any issues with the quality of the dry cleaning, nor lost items, nor overpriced items. If you're not of Korean descent, it can sometimes take some time to get accustomed to Korean immigrants' general demeanor. Regardless of whether they are operating a dry cleaner or running a multinational corporation, if you even hint at any condescension or rudeness, you won't fare well in the interaction. Also, many Koreans are like many Italians...we're yellers...passionate people! LOL. But also consider that when your first language is not English, it can be very frustrating to have English speakers understand you...driving the volume up. Finally...Koreans typically are more stoic and will not give AF especially if you're acting like a Karen. Good luck!”

“Love this place, they are efficient, clean, kind and good at what they do. Compared to the area the cost is equal. They do dry cleaning alterations and they repair shoes.”
