“Raju helped me out about two weeks ago. I’ve been very busy but absolutely had to leave a review for him. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, extremely generous and very courteous. I came in to have the back of my phone fixed and ended up leaving with a perfectly fixed phone, a brand new screen protector and he cleaned all the speakers and the charging port on my phone so now I can hear better and I don’t have any problems charging my phone anymore. I am going to recommend all of my friends to this gentleman and I would highly recommend his services to anybody in need of phone repairs!! Thank you again Raju ??”

“Google said I needed to replace the battery in my pixel 6a at their cost and recommended this store chain. When I called Jacob said he had one and I asked if they could hold it for me till my day off on Saturday and they did. When I got there Shakyra checked me in and said it would probably take two to three hours so I decided to go back home. Couldn't believe it when I got an email in about an hour that it was done. Very, very happy with their service! Recommend them highly! Be aware that if you get one of these notices from Google about your phone you need to check with the repair shop first to see if they have one and make an appointment!”
“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”

Mr. Nham is a real Pro.. and kind, responsive. Eden Ctr has a reputation as a hub for Top Vietnamese businesses. ..the brand name stores quoted more and some said they wouldn't even work on my older phone... Thank You.. 5 Stars. !”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Cricket store yesterday. Mohammed helped me and was great! He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from this store. Mohammed was an amazing tech and didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way toward a particular phone. He was very professional and kind. Elder was very good at what he does that he was able to fix the issue seamlessly which surprised me a little bit, afterall I've been trying to get this fixed for abouta year.
