“I had a wonderful experience at this Cricket store yesterday. Mohammed helped me and was great! He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from this store. Mohammed was an amazing tech and didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way toward a particular phone. He was very professional and kind. Thank you Mohammed!”

Mr. Nham is a real Pro.. and kind, responsive. Eden Ctr has a reputation as a hub for Top Vietnamese businesses. ..the brand name stores quoted more and some said they wouldn't even work on my older phone... Thank You.. 5 Stars. !”

“The experiences I have at this location are top notch each and every time ! The staff are very helpful and welcoming, especially a woman by the name of Brenda. If you have experienced this location , you probably have noticed Ms. Brenda. Today George helped myself and Ms. Brenda retrieve a juice from the top shelf that we could not reach due to height lol . George was more than willing to help us . This location also has a lot of minors entering into the workplace. I love that the minors are also given training on customer service and from experience , are really respectful!

“I had a great experience with Nolan, the store manager at T-Mobile. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to go over different phone options, including Galaxy and iPhone models, and explained everything clearly. He gave me multiple choices and never seemed frustrated, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. If you have any issues, Nolan is definitely someone who will help you.
I truly appreciate the time he spent with me—it took about two hours, and he helped resolve several problems caused by a different T-Mobile store. Unfortunately, my previous experience at the Arlington Blvd location was very disappointing. The manager there was not honest and did not properly explain things before the store closed permanently. I was simply told to take the device home, plug it in, and everything would work fine—but that was not the case.
As a result, I was charged for two lines, even though I didn’t use one of them for the full month. That situation was very frustrating, especially since some locations operate as third-party retailers under the T-Mobile brand.
Nolan took the time to carefully review my account, helped cancel one of the lines, and worked to resolve the issue as much as possible. I truly hope T-Mobile recognizes what they have in him—he is an excellent manager and a very good person.”

They truly stand by their work and are good honest and humble business people. “3/28/23 Strike one was Verizon in Falls Church Graham Park Plaza. Now I hit a strike two at Graham Center in Falls Church. This Boost Mobile is across the street from the Verizon Store, but unlike Verizon, the store is open. Latin Music was playing and the woman I will refer to as Flavia, greeted me warmly. I was hoping to get some merchandise here for my phone, but unfortunately this store doesn't sell The Samsung Galaxy S23. I thanked the lady and headed to my 3rd and final destination. I like that this store has the option of getting what you need in English or Spanish. However, I am surprised this store doesn't sell the Samsung Galaxy S23. Oh well...can't have everything.”
